This is oversimplifying, you can use this as an introduction in order to give the learner an idea of the concept behind this particle and then go on with the different uses, which you have to explain in detail or no one would get how to use it.

Another way to translate же in sentences of confirmation is to substitute the phrase "after all". "You got 100 points?" "Yes, after all, I'm Fedya." "She forgot the bread, again?" "After all, she didn't know where it was."
Regarding the use in confirmation, I think what was hanging you up was throwing in the word "because". If you had just said it has the meaning of "of course", it would have been far easier for you, and would make complete sense. We do this in English too, when we are boasting about our own abilities, usually in a joking manner. Someone might ask me "Did you win the game last night?", and I might reply "Of course, what else did you expect?". I think this was the meaning you were trying to get across. In the first example, "meanwhile" would work while keeping the word order. "I play tennis. My dad, meanwhile, plays hockey." In another translation of the original sentence, it would be "I play tennis while my dad plays hockey." As a native english speaker it can be difficult to compose sentences in Russian without applying english grammar rules, but it can be done if you think of it like my first example.
I think 'while' in your sentence is also served in English by 'however' 'nevertheless' or 'nonetheless' (I play tennis. My daddy, however, is playing hockey.)
I wouldn't translate отец or папа as "daddy", "daddy" is really really diminutive.. maybe very small children can use it, or it can be used to make insults.. some people use it in flirting

«Я же говорила!» This is the most lovely phrase of russian women and girls :) They would say it, if you’ve done something bad, but they had told you not to do that thing :)
This is very much like "doch" in german, which is usually translated as "but", but can also have the meaning of "yes". It is also contrasting, but usually a transition from negative to positive.

So, your use of ЖЕ in the last sentence is correct, but your first sentence translates as "I haven't seen the same video before", which I guess you didn't mean. It would have been correct to write "Я раньше не видел ТАКИЕ видео", or "Я раньше не видел ДРУГИЕ ТАКИЕ ЖЕ видео, как это". Yeah, it's so difficult when you start thinking about it...
«Я раньше не встречал подобное видео» or «Я ещё не видел видео на эту тему» is more correct. Russians don't say «Какое же хорошее», «Какое же оно классное/крутое (it's not mean "cool")» would be more correct.

Just ordinary options: * А я тебе говорил! * А я же тебе говорил! * А я тебе же говорил! * А я тебе говорил же! When slightly infuriated: * Я же тебе говорил же! * Эх, я ж тебе ж говорил! When absolutely infuriated: * Ну я жеж тебе ж говорил же! А ты что? А ты ж совсем жеж не слушаешь же вообще! Разве ж можно так? А х ты ж сука!

The best way the to think the first meaning of же (contrast), is to think of it as literally meaning "however." You can have the word order be exactly the same if you think of it this way. Other words like "while" or "but" would have to come before the subject. "However," however, does not. ;) Я играю в теннис, мой папа же играет в хоккей. Literally, "I play tennis. My father, however, plays hockey." It works the same in the other two examples. Also, "but" and "while" create clauses, NOT new sentences. "However," however, does, as I just demonstrated. It would be incorrect to say "I play tennis. While/But my dad plays hockey. You would have to use "however." I'm not sure about the word for "while" in Russian, but I know "но" is "but." So there is a distinction in Russian.
in "To say the same" i understand it perfectly, cuz in spanish we have the "mismo/a/as/os" for "Aquí, acá; allí, allá" and is the same thing, with the only diference the "mismo" (or же in russian) is before of the person or the thing.
i think in the first example meanwhile mimics the sentence structure better than while. so instead of "while my father plays hockey" it's more like "my father, meanwhile, plays hockey"

For the in conformation, think of the first example with your name Fedor as a game champion. Fedor is a great player at winning any game, so therefore winning a 100 points is easy. Yes, I won because I’m fedor!
How I think of it is like adding "fucking" to everything. Where are we going to meet? Right fucking here. You got 100 points? Yes because I'm fucking Fedor. I bought fruit. Which fucking ones? Apples. The camera broke the first fucking night. I think of it as just an "intensifier" or something. Makes whatever you're talking about stronger, more powerful, etc.

Awesome video. Much needed. I understand же a lot more now! I think a good explanation of же is - its an enforcer of the sentence. It enforces nouns and verbs!
Based on your explanations, I conclude as follows. For contrast it means "on the other hand"; For confirmation: "it's obvious that, that's no surprise because..."; Questions: "right here and nowhere else"; Happens quickly: "at that price moment or place or without delay. Keep up the good work!

«Я же говорила!» This is the most lovely phrase of russian women and girls :) They would say it, if you’ve done something bad, but they had told you not to do that thing :)
This is very much like "doch" in german, which is usually translated as "but", but can also have the meaning of "yes". It is also contrasting, but usually a transition from negative to positive.

ТАКОЙ means SUCH, ТАКОЙ ЖЕ means THE SAME while ДРУГОЙ ТАКОЙ ЖЕ has the meaning of "another of the same kind". So, your use of ЖЕ in the last sentence is correct, but your first sentence translates as "I haven't seen the same video before", which I guess you didn't mean. It would have been correct to write "Я раньше не видел ТАКИЕ видео", or "Я раньше не видел ДРУГИЕ ТАКИЕ ЖЕ видео, как это". Yeah, it's so difficult when you start thinking about it...
«Я раньше не встречал подобное видео» or «Я ещё не видел видео на эту тему» is more correct.
Russians don't say «Какое же хорошее», «Какое же оно классное/крутое (it's not mean "cool")» would be more correct.

Great video as usual. For the 'happens quickly' we would translate it as 'very' - so 'on the very first night' or 'at that very moment'
For Hindi speakers, all these align with our usage of "par". I think all the mind-bending parts of Russian have a Hindi equivalent lol.

I stumbled across this video and learnt something I hadn't got round to learning, thanks! The sense I got from most of these examples is that же generally seems to have a kind of "emphasising" character, or works as a kind of "strengthener" of meaning, albeit in different specific ways.

For the contrast usage, "however" is a better translation than "while"--it even uses the same word order, unlike"while".

Actually, we could. It's not fully random, but there are a lot of combinations. It depends on what should be emphasized and how infuriated the speaker is.
Just ordinary options:
* А я тебе говорил!
* А я же тебе говорил!
* А я тебе же говорил!
* А я тебе говорил же!
When slightly infuriated:
* Я же тебе говорил же!
* Эх, я ж тебе ж говорил!
When absolutely infuriated:
* Ну я жеж тебе ж говорил же! А ты что? А ты ж совсем жеж не слушаешь же вообще! Разве ж можно так? А х ты ж сука!
Regarding "же" as "the same", would it make sense to translate it as "right"? As in "right here", "right there", "right then", etc.

That's what happens to me.
The best way the to think the first meaning of же (contrast), is to think of it as literally meaning "however." You can have the word order be exactly the same if you think of it this way. Other words like "while" or "but" would have to come before the subject. "However," however, does not. ;) Я играю в теннис, мой папа же играет в хоккей. Literally, "I play tennis. My father, however, plays hockey." It works the same in the other two examples.
Also, "but" and "while" create clauses, NOT new sentences. "However," however, does, as I just demonstrated. It would be incorrect to say "I play tennis. While/But my dad plays hockey. You would have to use "however." I'm not sure about the word for "while" in Russian, but I know "но" is "but." So there is a distinction in Russian.
in "To say the same" i understand it perfectly, cuz in spanish we have the "mismo/a/as/os" for "Aquí, acá; allí, allá" and is the same thing, with the only diference the "mismo" (or же in russian) is before of the person or the thing.

i think in the first example meanwhile mimics the sentence structure better than while. so instead of "while my father plays hockey" it's more like "my father, meanwhile, plays hockey"

I want to put in my two cents
The particle "same" goes as a strengthening of the meaning of the previous word, for example:
"как же ты сделаешь это?" - "how do you do this?", or "какой же он хороший" - "how good he is"
Or to denote the sameness: "он такой же как и я" - "he is the same as me"
I made this examples to apply what I learned!:
1. Моя кошка ест рыба, моя собака же ест мясо.

I think "well" in English is sometimes used in the similar sense: You got 100 points? - Well, I'm Fedya! -- She bought ice cream; well, I wanted a cake, etc.

I think of it as just an "intensifier" or something. Makes whatever you're talking about stronger, more powerful, etc.
