i do not like whoever coaches these talks and edits them or writes them . Everyone sounds the same . Like they were told exactly how to move and talk , and its in an unnatural cadence . Very practiced .

I've known several women who were strong for women but not even close to as strong as I am and I'm not that strong for a man, whose shoulders chest and back started to widen and open up. This immediately makes a woman take on the shape of a fit small man. There's nothing wrong with this innately, some people are into that shape, but it is wrong to say that women don't have this happen to them unless they work out to get an Incredible Hulk body. There are all sorts of levels in between
