    This is such a helpful tutorial!! Thank you for making it. When I do a full wrap design I see a seam. Is that a deterrent to the buyer? Should I stick to to just personalizing?

    • @therapydesigns6426
      @therapydesigns6426  5 месяцев назад

      All wraps will have a seam, even seamless patterns tend to have a seam due to printing and room for bleed. Usually it isn't an issue but if you do one or two sided designs you won't run into that problem.

    Hey! I get all my best tips and instruction from you! Thank you for taking the time!
    I downloaded a font on creative fabric then I opened up, Font cloud, like you said. I installed it. Then I tried to retrieve it in font cloud, but apparently it wasn’t in an OTF format. I’m not sure what to do now.

    • @PrettyVintageFurniture
      @PrettyVintageFurniture 5 месяцев назад

      Never mind! I found out how to convert it and used EzyZip. So many things I’ve learned this year lol!

      I have not had any issues using font cloud but I have occasionally had fonts with bad files that could not be put on Canva. When that happens I just choose another font. Without seeing what you are doing it is hard to answer your question.

    Great tutorial… thank you. My ? Is…
    why keep copy/pasting the letter and glyph, can we not download it to Canva. They have their own glyphs as swirls but don’t match up to the fonts. Ty🤗

    • @therapydesigns6426
      @therapydesigns6426  7 месяцев назад

      No I don't believe you can download the glyphs to Canva right now. It is really quick to do the copy paste.

    How much are you making on a tumbler you sell $22.50 to printify $7 shipping plus Etsy fees doesn't seem much left or am I misunderstanding?

    • @therapydesigns6426
      @therapydesigns6426  7 месяцев назад +4

      So the customer pays for shipping. I make sure I have at least a 10 dollar profit margin that way if around 5 dollars goes to Etsy the other 5 dollars goes to me. I am selling at 32.99. You typically make anywhere from 3-8 dollars per sale on average and the money is in volume. Think about how much profit Del Taco makes per taco sold. It is less than a dollar but they make money in volume. You have to keep prices low enough to be competitive. I have a video on my channel on Etsy pricing. It can get complicated, especially since you don't know whether or not a sale may come from an offsite add where you may be charged a marketing fee.

      @@therapydesigns6426 Im finding that tumblers on Etsy are selling for less than they sell them on printify and printiful. How are people making money doing this? Seems like they would go into the hole actually.

    Hi! Are you manually submitting each order out of printify since these are custom?

    • @therapydesigns6426

      I am editing each order to put in the proper print file.

    Could you show how to save this as template, so when customer ordered, I do not have to redo whole thing.

    • @therapydesigns6426
      @therapydesigns6426  7 месяцев назад

      The only thing you have to do is change the name and upload the new file to the order. It should be very quick.

      @@therapydesigns6426 ok, i do have a question for you about printify bc im confused. Do you make these products like are you the one putting the design onto the tumbler? Im trying to figure out how to get our etsy shop off of the ground but my husband and I engrave tumblers ourselves. Can we use printify for engraved products?

    • @therapydesigns6426

      Yes you edit the order. It doesn't take very long and sadly I have never gotten 1000 orders all at once but I like that you think big.
