Very creative saucing the turkey with hoisin sauce. We eat quite a lot of turkey. There is a turkey farm about 10 minutes from us, I usually buy their raw turkey drumsticks, and smoked thighs. I stir-fry a lot using shrimp and veggies. I cook the shrimp first with oil, garlic and ginger, remove the shrimp when cooked, stir-fry the veggies, add the cooked shrimp back to the pan, and finish with oyster sauce...sometimes I also use hoisin sauce which gives the dish a teriyaki profile..

My question: Can I achieve the same thing using my 26” Weber kettle? Obviously the cooking time would increase over that of the pressure cooker.

Another simply beautiful meal and as always a beautiful presentation. Chef you truly have the love for cooking and that’s what makes the food taste sooo good you put your all into it. Many can cook, but only a few have the love for cooking and that’s what make the difference. My mother had the love for cooking and that’s what she passed on to me. I love cooking. The love of cooking verses someone who Just cooks there’s a big difference.

I don't have fun at the table on Thanksgiving LOL so I make a Puerto Rican style Pernil pork with that crispy skin, crunch, and Hide it while everyone else is fighting over turkey parts. they don't even notice I am having my own fun...LMAO But you know what? I am going to try and do this as you did with the Psi Cooker. This is going to be a challenge for me. Thanks ✌

Thank you, and yes you can use the weber but you may need to rap the meat to get tender after smoking.
