- This video serves as a guide showing the player how to beat all the bosses in the game A Plague Tale: Innocence. All the footages were recorded by me using my own gaming setup. In this unique montage, I also included the cutscenes for different bosses to make the video entertaining for my viewers not willing to play the game.

Loved the Nicholas boss fight, first time I did it hit him with rats and was like that was damn ez, then he just goes pure rage demon mode and I'm just like O.o

I love how in a bunch of the trailers this looked like a kind of historical fiction type game. My assumption was that noble family speaks out against pope, so pope has their bloodline ended type thing.......and then now I'm watching a rat tornado and I'm so confused.

I actually really enjoyed this game, now flawless but it conveyed a very different feel to most games ive played and the "combat" never felt stale due to the varying ways to advance through situations.
This is one of the best single player games I've played in years

David didn't kill Goliath with a sling, he used a sword... It is mentioned
The sling is a very powerful weapon, it magnifies a normal stone throw a number of times. David killing Goliath with that is not physically impossible (but with the help of God, his aim was perfect). The thing that makes the sling a difficult weapon is accuracy.
I made a sling after playing Pitfall. Man, it's damn strong. I shoot very very far from fields and I am not even a strong person. I shoot walls and I made craters at it. I shoot mangoes at walls and they explode like there is no tomorrow.

Man I came because design wise that knight in the thumbnail looked awesome, but that bossgight kinda.... sucked. Like I was hoping it would be this epic fast paced fight, but it was just put out fire summon rats.

There are plenty of gaps in armour to allow for movement.
The final boss had me rage so hard before I eventually beat it.
Imagine being a Christian, a man of God, and looking at what Vitalis is doing, his basically God complex and the whole xenomorph hive looking shit spreading across your temple, and saying ‘yeah, God’s cool with this’. I mean Vitalis himself doesn’t seem like much of a Christian fellow, if he was he’d look at all this shit and say ‘that’s devilry if I ever saw it’.
The final boss is so hard.
Facts it took me a while to beat him
Took a a lot of tries to beat him but it was worth it
A crossbow, or an archer friend could help them out a lot

I know slings are powerful weapons, but it’s kinda silly that this little girl is just able to take out so many soldiers, because none of these soldiers ever thought to buy a helmet or a shield when they were going off to war, they clearly have money because each of them have swords. And it’s apparently guided by God himself, which is the only thing to explain the fact it’s a homing missile.
to be fair almost all Videogame protagonists are ridiculously over powerd otherwise the games wouldn’t be fun
So you got the A Plague tale Requiem, where nearly everyone have a helmet, but overpowered by a crossbow

Wouldn't it be better if the voice over were in French? Voice actors do seem to be French so it would fit the dialogue better I'd say.

whats the context of this game im assuming its about the black plague but they mentioned the Plantagenet which was England but the characters sound German..and why does everyone hate the girl and boy
It was set in 1348, the beginning years of hundred years war. The girl and the boy were southern french aristocrats. And the boy inherited Prima Macula, a rare condition past down from their family bloodline that would allow the inheritor to control plague carried mice since the Justinian Plague, which was also caused by plague bacteria.
The grand inquisitor, the old folk at the end found on 'heretic' books that through systematic injection of the blood of carrier of prima macula, following certain process, can protect him from the plague, which he was infected prior, and give him the control of those blood thirsty rats.

Because it's a French game taking place in France and the facial capture was done in french. The mouth movement matches the dialogues when playing the game in French.

It reminds me of shadow of the colussus and ICO to where you can’t just swing a damn sword around. You gotta use your head. Granted they both had swords but it was more like you had to think your way through it instead of just depleting a health bar.

its kind of built up through the story and bits inbetween, its probably the least crazy thing by that point
Because you see it directly without the story building up.
Imagine if on games of thrones the story covers the wars on the realm and then directly swap to the wars between dragons and undeads ^^
