  • Being sent to 4 different courtrooms to be then told your cases were dealt with at a 5th location.
Being denied the right to attend hearings.
Being denied the right to speak at hearings by several Judges.
Having Judges and Court Services working hand in hand with prosecutors, in exclusion to the accused.
Bringing cases back into court after they had been dealt with by another judge, without notification to the accused in either event.
Being denied the right to use the Irish language at most appearances over a 3 year period.
Being refused access to court records about one’s own cases.
Being denied the opportunity to make applications to the court, with two waiting 18 months to be heard.
    This is CORRUPTION at work.
The state wants to get Diarmaid Ó Cadhla, regardless of the rule of law.

    GUILTY!!!
For the first time in 63 years i have been found guilty of a criminal offence, it was a sad experience, with blatent corruption in our justice system, in so many ways.
I was back in court today (Tuesday 28th), with 5 cases, all trumped-up charges, all vendictive political prosecutions.
Judge tried to force hearing on all 5, despite a High Court block on 1 and no evidence ever offered to defence on the others.
One case was heard, without me being given *any* of the evidence against me in advance.
The case related to my arrest for "tresspass" on Horgan's Quay, Cork, while British NATO warship HMS Enterprise was docked.
I was carrying a placard saying "Diplomacy not War".... which i showed to the court.
Two Garda sergeants lied in court, saying i had been abusive, aggressive and causing a breach of the peace.
Video footage proved them wrong, but that didnt matter to Judge Phillip O'Leary.
The only good thing was that the hearing, about 5 hours (incl short breaks), was heard fully in Irish. For the 1st time in 3 years they had a translater in court, so i could question witnesses than couldnt didnt Irish, the judge had Irish.
Beidh scéal in eagrán an Nollaig de THE PEOPLE'S PAPER.
    An appeal is lodged.
