Thank you so much for this video. My apartment complex upgraded the units to this type of stove last month. After one month it already looked bad. There was no booklet with any of the new appliances. This us really helpful even for apartment dwelling roommates. I am definitely going to watch the dishwasher and washing machine ones too. Thanks again!

Felicia, I’m so glad you found me. With those glass top stoves, you HAVE TO STAY ON TOP of them. If you don’t, they get nasty looking real quick. Buy you a cleaner kit with a scraper and be the stove top cleaning diva. The best product on the market is the Weimen. It’s linked in the description box but others should work. @@homemakingwithdenise My biggest homemaking challenge is that I have had a labor job for the last thirty years. I am older and tired and achy. Technically, I have the time for housekeeping but not the energy. I have been working my way towards minimalism to make things easier but I still struggle. Tips for seniors and those who feel like seniors would be appreciated. Specifically, I struggle with low areas like floors, shower floors and behind the toilet. I have animals and these areas catch a lot of hair and dirt. Thank you for any ideas you can come up with.

I just looked for the cleaning kit you used and found it on the Walmart site. Going to order and hope they have it in stock. I appreciate the cleaning tips. My stove is a terrible problem to clean up if I have a boil-over.

Hi Kathy, I got it when I bought the new stove. It was part of the cooktop cleaning kit that came with it. Here are two that are similar...Weiman Cooktop Cleaner Kit: amzn.to/32TPHpb and the Cerama Bryte Best Value Kit Cermaic Cooktop Cleaner amzn.to/2BtXHC3. Both have a scraper...Cerama Bryte has a plastic style scraper and Weiman has a blade kind. You can check both of them out and see what's what. I hope this helps.

I struggled with my gas stove when I was younger but I have better cleaning methods now. I am so jelly you have a gas stove. You know, I've been cooking with electric for so long, I might have forgot how to use a gas stove. Hahaha!
