    I need help please. Is there anyone who can help out on how an HRBP can give an advice to a line manager dealing with an attendance problem.

      First ask manager to go feedback on this to the employee, and as HR look at the attendance data to verify on which specific dates this has happened to identify pattern,
      If problem persists implement PIP, setting clear objectives on timely logins and meeting targets.
