@ that’s right my bad. I was thinking of another gas station brand. Cant remember it now. But yeah probably won’t be a terrible’s . Probably gonna be a maverick.
lol what? A 45 minute drive north puts you at the base of Pine Mountain which is 10,000 plus feet tall. An hour fifteen drive north east puts you in Cedar City which is surrounded by 10,000 and 11,000 foot peaks.
@@tylerhaynes8546 he is recording this over on southern parkway. You are looking at around 10 min to i15 and that puts you at the southern most end of i15. If you type Big Shots golf (same exit) and cedar city into google maps it says 52 minutes. So between those two things I figured an hour 15 was a good approximation.
You kinda said "out here" and "here" a lot in this video. Drove me a little crazy. 🤪😆
Thanks! I am new to Southern Utah so this helps
Wow, how does the south side not have its own zipcode or two?
Lots of growth in St. George about 28,000 in 1990 to around 102,000 today.
Phoenix, here we come!
Good job grit and grind. Love their story

I like the natural badlands more than the idea of an innovation district. We really don’t appreciate what we have here.
Appreciate and innovate can go hand in hand imo
I’ll bet that gas station will be a terrible’s gas station.
I think the other Terrible's is too close for another to go there but its a good guess. Mine is different
