  • I'm back with another update of what's happening here in Southern Utah!🗣️This time I'm back in Washington around Exits 10 & 12. 👀🔥
BIG news here at the nearly finished, new Main St. Exit 12 in Washington as the decision on Winco is set for this week! Between there and Exit 10, there's tons going on this area and it's really exciting to see Washington continue to capitalize!

Just curious on what happened to the banned on car washes? I thought in one of your videos some time ago Washington County put a banned on car washes. Since then a half dozen new ones have opened.
    Always enjoy your videos.

My guess would be they were already approved before any ban

I thought that was just St George city that did that.

Awesome news Macrae thanks for the all the updates. Yes I agree with Steven Jacob’s we definitely need a TJ’s here. So excited to shop at Sprouts soon enough. 😊

Solente is depressing, I don’t get why anyone is excited for it. Trading beautiful vistas for a gated private community is a loss.

The way they're incorporating into the vistas and trailheads is actually really impressive and will keep it absolutely beautiful up there. I get what you mean though
