The propensity of restaurants failing, and failing fast in this town is alarming. I'm shocked at how many come and go.

I'm most excited for the Korean place. Not surprised about WannaCinn going bust. I imagine to rent a prime retail location such as that, you'd need to sell A LOT of cinnamon rolls to stay afloat. I like cinnamon rolls, but only as a treat once every few months.
