A full 20-minute recovery routine consisting of 10 minutes of foam-rolling followed by 10 minutes of stretching! Perfect after a training session or on a recovery day! 💧
It CAN be better but doesn’t NEED to be better. Sometimes if you want to dig deeper on a particular area, yes, but there are times when it’s too much on a given day or we’re just not used to digging that deep if we’re new to foam-rolling. Then a normal foam roller is a better alternative. Always apply context ✌️
Hello Oscar, may I ask you a question please? Well, when it comes to dribbling drills how many repetions should I do, I usually do more than a hundred, and also I'm a young player, how can I start getting pro? Nice video thank you
Certainly, no problem! To be fair, when it comes to sets and reps, a lot of players obsess over the number of sets and reps to do (I was the same as a kid), but in reality the most important thing is that you get into a good flow with your max focus and concentration and striving to do the exercises with your maximum intensity. When you do that, you challenge yourself and what you already know and that will then allow you to grow and adapt and ultimately become a better player. Regarding your second question, I have something coming very soon that you should be very keen on watching that will hopefully answer that question… ⏳
I think it depends on how used you are to foam-rolling and your pain tolerance haha 😂 When I started foam-rolling for the first time I used a non-textured, softer roller and that definitely did the job in the beginning but as I’ve done it over the years I needed something a bit more rugged to dig in deeper and get the best benefit I want from it
I think you can definitely do it everyday, perhaps add it into a morning-, or even better an evening-routine. Perhaps you don’t need to do the full 20 minutes every day. Some days you may feel like you need more and some days less, and then you can adapt it accordingly. No issues with doing it everyday though 🙌🏼

Should I buy a soft foam roller or a more hard and structured one
I have a soft one and it works pretty well, but it’s up to you
@@FrostFootball1I’ve seen vids when ppl use the more structured one and they are more expensive too but i just wanna know if it’s worth
