    Thanks so much! I’ve had a foam roller for years and after these last few months of dealing with really intense tightness in my legs, I decided to search for foam rolling videos. This is the first one I’ve done and it was AMAZING! Holy cow I can feel the relief immediately. I think I’ll be watching this many times. Also loved hearing you speak about how you’ve been feeling. It was also helpful with releasing some emotions and other thoughts that I’d been storing inside. Thanks so much for this video. I hope you do more of them!

      Another question can you make a video about motivation to train and go to the gym.
      And a video about bodyweight training in the gym for younger kids?

    Someone says to avoid the massage on the hamstrings

      I don’t know what the scientific reason would be to avoid massage specifically on the hamstrings 🤔 I have never heard of that myself
