  • This is another single leg hip hinge variation that is essentially a single leg Romanian deadlift with the bar on your back (top loaded) instead of being in your hands. It is great for balance, glutes, hamstrings and low back strength. Take your time building these, you can start with preset barbells that weight less or even with a PVC pipe.
