Pajeros or Monteros are very well off road superiors like in rally Dakkar and should fill out the youtube with their brilliant reliability and performance.
Mitsubishi Montero's are really good for towing just need to add some air bags to the suspension but for offroading its amazing all you need to add is some souped up tires and your good too go
The black 3rd gen Montero needs a couple more inches of lift, along with softer suspension, homie was STRUGGLING on some of those rocks lol Great video though, always nice to see Monteros on the trail
omg I need to see how that black 3rd gen does! Im cheering the guy! Its nice to see this. not that I plan on using my gen 2.5 to go to the rubicon but still know how well it would do.
Thanks for the cheers! I busted a driver side cv axle and my rear bumper but thanks to Pete and the AZ Mitsu crew, I was able to make it out of there! What an adventure! Follow it on expeditionportal.com Mitsu forum!
I have a whole new respect for the Sidekick! LOL! Why didn't the dude in the new one just put a set of real tires on? Would have changed his entire game.
Great video I’m an owner of 2006 Mitsubishi Montero limited like the one in the Tan video Can I get some feedback on what to buy first to go off Roading would really help thanks!!!!! Mines is bone stock
There was a section with a Mitsubishi that had Cooper Discoverer AT3 that might have had trouble in the climb. Were the tires aired down? Is there another tire you'd recommend? Did the AT3 do everything that was needed? Thanks
It's a poor traction tire in my opinion. They were aired down. Just don't connect. Got a flat too. My opinion is the BFG Ko2 is the best all around tire available currently.
+Yes ME It comes loose every 5k miles or so. Not often considering the terrain it goes through... Much of the time is high speed rough roads too. Had it for over 20k miles now.
Monteros are AWESOME, and that sidekick is pretty fun !
What a fun inclusive crew! Nice seeing all the gens of Monty out there!
Nice video, it's good to see Monteros on a difficult trail, most Montero owners shy away from this kind of challenge
Pajeros or Monteros are very well off road superiors like in rally Dakkar and should fill out the youtube with their brilliant reliability and performance.
That was fun. I was gonna buy a Montero, but now I'm just gonna watch your videos and save the money.
Very good offroad climbing the stones with Mitsubishi the cross country champion
Sam what an awesome job summing up this great adventure!!
Great video.. very good presentation of what a Mitsu can do.. And I actually drive Yotas.. Like the variety of vehicles in all your vids.. Great job..
I think their tyre pressure is not low enough. The tires should deform when climbing the rocks and increase footprint, I couldn't notice such thing.
man love your videos, I love the 3rd gen Montero
Awesome video!
Dope video but the contrast and colors are too high
Where is part 2?

I wish you got a filedmaster pajero variant there. Really like that SUV

Actually it is almost a stock car!
Cool Video!

I have a whole new respect for the Sidekick! LOL! Why didn't the dude in the new one just put a set of real tires on? Would have changed his entire game.

+Yes ME It comes loose every 5k miles or so. Not often considering the terrain it goes through... Much of the time is high speed rough roads too. Had it for over 20k miles now.
Oh not bad, is it a ram mount or generic? Thanks
Yes ME Generic from Amazon. $25 - Works awesome.
Any of the 3Gen fitted with locker or just traction control in use.
Junior Ellis Gen 3 in USA were only available with central locking differential
