    Great video, thank you 🙏. I predict in 2024 you will post a video entitled “ My impressions of the Wired Freedom after 1000 miles” Nice to see you could get out for a nice long ride, you deserve it. It wouldn’t bore me watching you ride through the Park in real time, maybe in a future video. Happy Riding!!!

      @@electrifiedlatina6871 Wait for a real warm day this spring so you can soak up the sun and truly enjoy the ride. Bring a lunch, relax in the park. Maybe do the same ride but put it in C5(?) like someone suggested. It would be nice to figure out how far you can go at a slower pace. You want enough juice to ride the Old Fall River Road to the Alpine Centre and back on the pavement to Estes Park this spring or summer. That looks like such a nice ride. Just some ideas for you, just ideas, no demands. 😏. Big dump of ❄️ snow last night, winter again. Take care. Happy Riding.

    Hey there, mi amiga! Nice long video today. Must say, I like how the Wired display tells the outside temp and more. And I thought my Onyxs' display was detailed.
    So 35 miles of mostly throttle and some offroading? Thatd be perfect for my small state. With our bike trails and we'll call them "shortcuts", you could go & do so much with that kinda range. Yeah, Im loving these big battery ebikes that can provide such a good time. I don't think I could go back to those manual pedal powered caveman bicycles.
    Wish it was around 55° here. I've been having that itch to go on 2 wheels but It's been around 30° here... Terrible!
    That bike path you were on without the green scenery doesn't look too shabby. Around RI, we have mainland and island paths that have some beautiful ocean scenery and provide the right amount of "shab";) Not naming names but I'd sure like to take a certain..mamasita/ebike enthusiast with me to show her some of these beautiful spots on/off the paths but..she lives too far away..haha, maybe one day. I enjoyed this video. Until next time, ride fast and happy warmer riding🤙

      Hey there mi amigo! Yeah the Wired’s display is pretty crazy in how much information it provides! You can tune it to do anything almost haha. Yup mostly throttle and some off roading, and keep in mind I had all the power settings set to the highest- in a normal day to day I would have the acceleration set to way less cause the setting I had can lift the front wheel off of the take off, so tuning down the acceleration I could easily see getting a good 45 miles…
      Where you live sounds like such a beautiful place to ride and would love to ride this trails by the ocean with ya! So glad to hear you enjoyed the video!
      Happy warmer riding!!!

    My 2024 Freedom is Large and in Charge ! If you pedal this bike on PAS 5 at 37 mph the entire time the Freedom will flat suck down a battery in less than 30 miles ! Ride it on PAS 2 at 20 mph or so, and you can almost double that range ! I'm 6'1 at 190 lbs . This is an Awesome bike, I get complements on it Everywhere I Go !

      Hey hey Robert! Great to hear from another Wired owner and love hearing about your experience with it. Haha yeah it’s not super efficient when you’re riding this bike hard and fast, but still 30 miles is nothing to be sad about… and heck yeah getting double on PAS 2 is GREAT!!! Maybe I should do a video range test on PAS 2, would you like that? I love that you get compliments in your bike everywhere you go! What color is it?

    Great job, and I hope you are not too sore after all that riding! My first few range tests were uncomfortable, but a Cloud 9 seat and Suntour seat post fixed that 😉
    Sometimes I'll act as a support person for other people doing range tests, and I'll run dual batteries plus carry a tow strap made for bikes.
    In this test, the Wired Freedom used 34.28 watt hours per mile, which isn't very efficient. Did you do a lot of sand riding?

    • @bobk18
      @bobk18 11 месяцев назад +3

      So on my Rip Racer at 19.70 wh/mile, isn’t too bad. A suntour seat post is so nice, I should got mine a year ago. I think she said she mostly used the throttle on the ride. Do you ride a wired freedom too?

    • @electrifiedlatina6871
      @electrifiedlatina6871  11 месяцев назад +1

      Thank you! I was definitely sore that evening and the day after haha! But so worth it! I was sore because I haven’t ridden for so long in a very long time, but the bike is as comfortable as it gets! Other than the saddle could be better. Where do you live? That is so cool you act as a support person for people doing range tests! I’ve never knew that existed lol!
      That number is indeed NOT efficient at all, but remember I had my power settings all the way up! So that’s what’s going to eat up the battery the quickest. The sand riding was minimal.. thanks for sharing my friend ❤

      Oh my gosh congratulations and thanks for letting me know! You bought it at the perfect timing right after Wired did some major upgrades. I’m very glad I helped with your confidence. Indeed so many options it can be overwhelming! The wobble on my front wheel was because of too much Flat out (tire sealant) in my tire! I would love it if you could subscribe to my channel 😊

    Good Morning. I agree with Rabbithomestaeding it was a great video but the dual camera needs to be in sync with each other. A video editing trick to help with that is when you turn your cameras is to make a load clap. This give you an audio spike reference in the video that makes it easy to find and then align. I only wish I could have joined you on that ride.

    Great video! The only bad was the dual camera was not align to match up but maybe they dont have too and just me. But your videos are getting way better! :D
    I have basically throttle only but adjusted C5 setting to lowest and 20mph limit at me around 200lbs and didnt kill it but got 40m. and very few stop and goes. With my accidental extra battery I cant wait to push its limit.

I will continue to practice so that I can get better! Yay so glad to hear my videos are getting way better!

      @@electrifiedlatina6871 I was trying to get a actual voltage reading from it to make sure display voltage was right and shorted it out. I thought I ruined the battery. I freaked out and instantly bought another one. I then tore other battery apart and discovered an automotive inline fuse blown was all. An internal fuse is in these that is not known about and even weird didnt know when I told them. Maybe you can through that in a video to help save people from buying a whole new battery. lol

  • @TheLionsDen72

    Another keyfactor to range along with terrain is this... if everything else is eaqual, you will zlways get more range on a paved trail compared to road riding. On the trail it tends to be continuous where as on the roadways you may have several stop n go senarios. That stop n go will definitely add to battery drain.

    I really like this ebike. I know this area well. I lived around this area for over a decade. I left in October 2021. Would recommend this one for a lady ❤ who is 5’8?

      @electrifiedlatina6871  11 месяцев назад

      What a great pleasure to hear from another ebike rider! Would have been so cool if you still lived here and we could go on bike rides!
      I would absolutely recommend this for a 5’8” lady, as long as you are able bodied and strong to be able to handle a heavy 88 pound ebike! It is a big and heavy bike, but the seat post has plenty of adjustment, and you can also lower the tire pressure and take air out of the rear suspension- it can go down by 2” if you do this. I couldn’t recommend this ebike enough, but I also want you to be safe! Wired recommends this bike for riders down to 5’4, I’ve had my 5’6” videographer rider and he’s comfortable with the seat lowered! I’m 5’11” so it fits me like a glove…. I hope this is helpful, and always so happy to help in any way I can!
