Wasn't always the case, but my now wife doesn't have a random jaw ailment.
Previous incarnations were simply Olympic. Last one had a classic start for a phrase:
"What you _should have done..._"
The idiot before that would simply nag me awake all night long. Seriously - going to work on zero sleep. Plenty of nutcases out there people - try before you buy; and that doesn't mean have sex with them, it means spending time to know who they are.

As for your minor dispute in this thread; you probably triggered something by referring to one ex-wife as an 'idiot'...
And whilest that might very well be an accurate description - combined with your story of learning to find the right person, it lays the blame outside of yourself. (While what you're really trying to say is "It turns out that my _own_ methodology of finding a suitable mate was quite inefficient") 💃
A good thing to remember is that:
1. Living together 24/7 is very different from seeing someone on 2 dates a week (when they have enough alone time to let the crazy out when you can't see it).
2. People can be on their best behavior for about 6 months. After that, you start to see who they really are.
~> going on a vacation together can fast track that process. The stress of leaving home & travel (long drives / airports / trains / waiting in line / having trouble finding things) really brings out your inner ghoul ;)
As I've learned - both people need to have their own space, their own seperate meetings / outings with friends (so they can let loose there (complain / have fun) + experience something apart from their partner, so you have something to talk about that the other person doesn't already know about)
But also a physical space in the house where each can be themselves. (For yourself, perhaps a 'man-cave' of sorts).
A place for personal relaxation, hobbies, or indeed for talking on the phone in private (behind a closed door)
. ...or using said privacy for mocking your partner's behavior without them seeing it - so you can have a little laugh and compose yourself again.
So, at least 6 months dating before you commit.
And when you have committed; personal space / allowing for seperate experiences.
(Or you might end up in a situation where you'd have to BE committed ;))
So, I went to my friend's wedding and met this guy. Turns out he is her uncle...she never mentioned that to me. He's super nice and a really awesome guy. Had a delightful conversation with him at the reception.

OMG! I totally saw him back when I was in high school in like 2002 or 2003 at a local church event. I even have an autographed photo with him and we were joking around about Batman for like 5 minutes. So funny to run into him again! Super funny guy and very very nice. VERY glad to see that he is still out doing comedy.
I remember laughing because he reminded me of Harland Williams.

Used to listen to Darren back in 2004 when I was in high school. Man, he's only gotten funnier, and he was hilarious back then. You know a comedian is good when he still makes you laugh-snort at the bits you remember from nearly 20 years ago!! 😆

Reminded me of my first long-term relationship; I didn't know better. Several occasions I locked myself in the toilet to keep the harpy away from me, she was insane when drunk.
She killed her first husband at an early age through sleep deprivation, his heart gave out when he was only 54 some 10 years after he'd left her. Her youngest son is routinely sectioned. Everyone who knew her wound up in a police jail at some time or other - of course, women never lie.

Haha! The Cat! My son rescued a feral kitten that I thought was possessed, every night starting at 9 o'clock she would jump on me attacking me over my covers, I was genuinely afraid of her! She also would come from under the couch and attacked us all, we almost had a contest of who got the more scratches on our legs, she is 6 years old now and much calm but still once in a while she bites just playing and when I pretend I cry she 'kisses' me.

My teenage son and I watch Dry Bar in evenings before bedtime. He's an introvert...the LOOK on his face when he finally realized why he doesn't have a girlfriend 😂 (ya know, cause you actually have to talk to girls) was hilarious 😂😂😂 we laughed so hard at this set that he was afraid he'd broken a rib. Felt pretty anticlimactic to just put a thumbs up. Wish I could've given this guy a standing ovation in person. 👏👏👏👏👏

I got 5 mins in, and he said the joke about not being able to resell his house since he had four boys and I had to pause it to LOL. That was so hilarious!!! I knew he had not been married THAT long when he said that his wife asks "are you listening to me?" The next stage is "You're not listening to me - what did I say?" The third stage (hopefully the last) - "Please sit, look at me, listen ....." . Extroverts eventually learn that introverted husbands are like small children, one must get their attention, get down to their level, speak clearly whilst maintaining eye contact.
My Cesar says I am as extroverted as I seem. I didn't see it that way till I heard the video of this guy! Opposites do attract and stay married for life! Lord please help me not cause my spouse an aneurysm if I become a comedian and he laughs too hard at my antics! Or help him do the same thing if I laugh too hard if makes me laugh too hard! Lol..my cat was a rescue and he was what they called a biter. Just had to learn his signs and get him some kicker toys. He is now a sweet cuddly baby. Very few bites any more (at least for me, not so much my hunney darlin).
