Yes, simple things like sunlight, circadian rhythm, water, and just connecting with nature in general are essential. I think oftentimes we forget that we are the earth. Thus, living in harmony with the earth is necessary for optimal health and well-being. It also helps tremendously with meditation/spiritual practice as I explain in the video. And you’re right, this kind of stuff often gets ignored.

Wanting to manifest is just unfulfilled desires. These desires create suffering and separateness from the light.
Whoever you learned that from is wrong. That’s a disempowering statement. We were made to have desires and then manifest through the feeling of having and taking inspired action.
