  • Meditation, a treasure beyond measure, is the silent revolution of the soul. This sacred practice transforms the philosophical concept of the True Self into a visceral, life-altering experience. It costs nothing but grants boundless riches. With no prerequisites or barriers, it's your constant companion, wherever you go. And amid life's whirlwinds, it's the sanctuary within. Through meditation, I've found more than words can express; it has reshaped my very being, awakening profound connections between my inner and outer worlds.
In this video, you will discover the extraordinary power that meditation holds. I debunk common misconceptions, explain how to practice it, demonstrate how music enhances the experience, and reveal it as a life-changing journey that will transform your life beyond anything imaginable. Meditation fills your days with serenity, clarity, and the profound love you've always sought, ultimately leading you home to your True Self.

Well this is the best explanation of meditation I’ve ever heard. And I’m a long term meditator and have read many books and done many trainings around meditation. This is exactly what happens in meditation, which is life changing. I will use this video with my therapy clients. Such a clear explanation. Thank you.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, this video made me have a MAJOR breakthrough in my meditation practice. Awareness of thoughts, NOT control of thoughts, is what did it for me. Today I have had the best meditation session I ever had. Thank you so much, good sir!

I have meditated many years. Because of Logan’s clear messages I cracked open one difficulty that has held me back. As I moved into the God within me I tried to find my space. Christianity taught me the god within was soul, a small something. WRONG. The God within is my human shape beautifully crafted by atoms which have always existed - never born and never will die.

The practice of focusing mind on one word, like Love, Mercy, etc is actually part of 14th Century Christian Contemplative practice described in book believed to be written by a monk in that time, called 'The Cloud of Unknowing'. Is Awesome book❤

Hello Logan, Heard you on Rethinking God podcast. It was awesome. I have been meditating for almost three years. I love the river example. There have been times where I have meditated and it's just like you said what am I doing why am I here this is boring. I always press through. I have two scriptures that I will focus on Galatians 2.20 and Luke 4. 18. Sometimes I will sit in quiet sometimes I listen to certain types of music, but breathing is the key. I have found for myself that when the boats start going down the river and one pulls up to the shore, I have lost my focus on my breathing when I get back to my breathing that's when things start to happen God bumps or I get teary eyed or just get a sense of peace. Sometimes Holy Spirit will bring back a memory that I need to deal with. And show me what I need to do.

    Dear Logan,
Thank you so much for this phenomenal video.
As so many other other people have said, and I agree this is one of the best explanations of meditation I’ve come across as yet. You have given me so many good ideas, especially listening to some music whilst meditating, I feel this will help me focus. In addition, I have to say you are the only person (channel) that I have come across who explains what actually might happen once you achieve a certain depth of meditation. I have listened to so many different channels out there and asked this question so many times, but nobody seems to want to tell you this. But you have, massive thanks to you. New subscriber here, slowly making my way through your videos. Very best wishes. - Neil (UK)

Was delighted to come across your channel recently after seeing you on Love Unrelenting a couple times. Great video here, it has reminded me of a shallow dive I took into meditation. Firstly through Wim Hof breathing and then reading Joe Dispenza a little. This was part of a 3 year journey recently, unhooking from a lot of religion and becoming aware of the actual and effortless union with our perfectly loving Father. I was just recalling through a journal the major breakthroughs I had experienced through this and then your video has reignited the flame to jump back in again. Will listen through this again because you’ve laid it out as well and understandable as any I’ve heard or read. Thanks Brother.

Thanks for watching! And thanks for the positive feedback and encouragement. Yeah, I've also gone through times where I slacked off on being consistent with meditation. It happens, especially when life gets extra busy. But the great thing about meditation is that it's always there for us when we decide to get back into it. It's completely free, and the benefits of it are limitless! Nothing has transformed my life more than meditation.

Silence and breath are very good but where is God in you method? God is the „sun“ of your consciousness and it’s easier to regard him than to concentrate like a zen warrior.
