    Some clarifications-
    1. The Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM) had issued a notification allowing post graduate students from select streams of Ayurveda to perform a few surgeries. But, the CCIM issued the order without taking permission from the National Medical Commission, which regulates the branch of modern medicine. Thus, the Indian Medical Council (IMA) was strictly against this and had also filed a petition against CCIM in the Supreme Court, so this entire issue is highly debatable.
    2. Regarding prescription of medicines, the Government had issued an order in 2017 allowing AYUSH doctors to issue allopathic medicines in emergencies but this order was withdrawn in 2020. Still, states like Haryana, Uttrakhand and Himachal Pradesh allow ayurvedic doctors to prescribe select allopathic medicines in times of emergencies.
    3. Regarding the registration number, it is possible to have registration numbers in lakhs. It was a misinterpretation of a case from our source. We would like to apologise for the same.

I was never intrested in medicine rather i was intrested in commerce but my parents forced me to take biology I have no interest in science I only studies because of my parents because they wanted me to be a doctor.
And I am sorry to all general candidate bcz I have taken ur seat.
I don't deserve seat but bcz of reservation I got..

I would like to point out that this whole quackery scenario has arised because of lack of doctors in the rural setting.
There are probably lots of reasons behind this scenario but the major being
    1. Less lucrative
    2. Security + hostile work environment
Though govt docs in rural areas usually earn quite less compared to docs in town ( and even other professionals of similar calibre) , nowadays the salary has increased to keep them happy n motivated at their workplace . But despite these improvements, most Docs are still not willing to work in Rural areas. But why?
With the increasing violence/ mob attacks on Doctor and the total failure of government to provide security, it has led to this scenario.
In a way our Public themselves have ensured they don't get access to good healthcare. ( Doesn't apply universally)
For eg. Every time there's a violence with doc at a Primary healthcare center/ mini Phc, that place goes vacant for next few years. People are not willing to serve in that particular centre.
A doctor maybe at fault, he maybe negligent at times or ill mannered ,no doubt about that. But most of times when Docs are accused of wrong- treatment or ill management of diseased patients, people are wrong. Public doesn't possess the knowledge of what's wrong n what's right. And they need to understand that human body isn't as simple like 1+1=2, it's way too complex than that. Public should take up the matter legally n govt will punish the doc if found guilty. The public should trust their doctors, follow their treatment protocol. It's very common that people don't continue their medication as per advice, seek traditional healers till their disease becomes a serious issue. People don't come for follow up, hop one doc to another and complain docs were not able to cure them.
Government should promote public awareness regarding these issues. Public should themselves give it a thought n counsel fellow men to seek expert advice.
All those students who are going for NEET or are medical aspirants this is a message for you all. It may look shinning from far away, but trust me reality is very brutal. Every day the scene is becoming worse for us. Only travel this path if you're willing to sacrifice your youth, your mental peace, and work relentlessly. Only the top cream enjoy the lux n glitz , while the rest will always once in a while go to sleep with the question " was it worth it? "

Yeah, the problem is definitely with our medical system. Even in metropolitan cities, the government hospitals are always crowded (dispensaries don't have medicine supplies and recommend to buy from outside) and private hospitals charge much higher which is not viable for masses. So, there is a similar gap in cities too, as many of us would have seen labourers and lower-middle class people going to such doctors although the scale is less here and can be reduced. Lastly, I think that we cannot eradicate this 'quacks' completely in rural areas otherwise, no healthcare will be available to the people and as a immediate solution government institutions and NGOs should train them but in long term, there should be emphasis on improving rural healthcare infrastructure by government so 'real' doctors can treat people.

    In Karnataka,
The salary that government gives for rural service to doctors is really less compared to north indian states.
Only a doctor knows the hardship it takes to clear MBBS. That's why a doctor will charge more money. Because he had to sacrifice his youth, his time, his sleep in MBBS. And MBBS ain't cheap.
If government pays good salary, give proper facilities in govt hospital, many doctors will work in rural area. Trust me, even some basic medications won't be there sometimes. And there's a hell lot of corruption in the government system from top to bottom. It's an open secret

    1. It's up to you to choose the type of treatment you want, Allopathy/Ayurveda/Homeopathy,etc. I would suggest not to mix these, if incase you are switching from one to another type then let your doc know about your past treatments and medications.
    2. I would suggest to not take allopathic meds prescribed by non-allopathic docs and vice-versa. In my practice i have seen and heard many cases where ppl have lost their lives or been suffered badly due to wrong prescription.
    3. If you are undergoing any major procedure and you have both time and money then i would suggest you to take advise from more than one doc.
    4. Know your condition, if you're suffering from some disease then it's better to gain some knowledge about it from a trustworthy source( your doctor).Know about the medications you're taking and its side-effects.
    5. Learn basic life saving skills like BLS and how to diagnose stroke, heart-attack, how to stop bleeding, stabilize fractured body part.
Even if our country becomes a developed nation, these quacks will somehow survive and do their business so BE ALERT, don't fall for false treatment and hopes.

Sir, this may seems to be a small issue but it is the rooting for destruction of education system and engineering future.
Chandrakant Patil(Higher and Technical Education Minister of Maharashtra) announced to take re-exam of failed Polytechnic students because they think passing is right of every student no matter he/she deserves it or not. Reasons they gave were:
    1) This year's passing percent dropped by more than 40% than last year.
    2) Students struggled to transit from online exams to offline exams.
    3) Failed students were doing protests.
    4) Failed students should not loose their year and many more..
1- In 2018 when exam was conducted offline, passing percentage was 36.55 which is still less than that of this year. This year's passing percentage is 37.37 Passing percentage of 37 is normal when compared to offline descriptive exams.
2- Students who passed were also sitting at home while pandemic. Why only failed students should get chance of re-exam? We studied day and night to secure passing marks. Exams are taken to conclude on the decision that who should go ahead. Deserving candidates should be the first priority. We still understand that transition was hard and second chance is valid. But every willing student should get this chance because we are feeling insecure about our admission seat. Only 10% seats are reserved for direct second year students. If a single students after re-exam surpasses marks of any already passed student (in first attempt) then it will be injustice on him. If failed students are getting second chance to score more then all willing students should also get equal chance to secure their seat and to prove their worth.
3- Protest is becoming living for some people in India. People don't realise what they are protesting for is even right or wrong. They are protesting for whatever they can. Being neutral, anyone can tell that protesting for promoting undeserving and failed students is valid or not. May they deserve it but they have prove it also.
4- Since when the education ministry started thinking about failed students more than passed ones? If ministry is so concerned about 1 year of 63% failed students then who will think for 37% of us? 1 year of failed ones is more important than future of passed students! Students who worked hard and dreamed and deserved to study in their desired colleges can loose their their seats due to re-exam. Decisions of education ministry are making engineers, let the deserving ones go ahead 🙏 This simple thing is out of syllabus for Chandrakant Patil ( Higher and Technical Education Minister).
Education minister and other authorities are supposed to have a very good understanding of their responsibilities. Taking decisions based on only one dimension never helps! For me and thousands of passed students, the decision of re-exam of only failed diploma students is illogical and senseless. This year's passing percentage is 37.37% which is still more than that in 2018. This data should have been taken into account before making this bold move. Already passed students are feeling insecure about their admission because after re-exam the merit will increase and students who studied day and night and secured good marks in the first attempt could loose their deserving seat. If a single already passed student irrespective of his marks loose his/her deserving seat, it will be injustice to the passed students. Increasing the admission quota back to 20% or taking re-exam of all willing students are the only ways to cover up this fairly. 🙏
When such illogical things happen I remember one dialogue - Daal me kuch to kaala hai daya!
This is where BJP minister saw an golden opportunity to secure votes of more than 1 lakh failed students for whom he will be like a savior and take the youth in confidence that he will be always there to back them. Majority of students failed so he targetted them as this decision will emotionally connect them with him.
He knows that nobody from opposition will oppose him, wait is there any opposition party in Maharashtra? This seems to be initial phase of dictatorship! This needs to be stopped. Eventually, this decision will prove to be the worst decision for engineering future, upcoming batches as well as country. They are setting bad example for our juniors- "no matter you should study or not, you can pass the exams by protests"
Data is neglected while taking this decision. JEE mains also has two attempts but they allow every willing student to give both attempts. Total politically influenced decision. Due to lack of opposition, BJP is taking political advantage of every situation. Dirty politics!
I'm from behalf of thousands of passed students, requesting you to please help us through your reach🙏 Media is busy in showing saas bahu and shit. You are the only hope for us🙏
We are not against the re-exam but everyone should get equal chance to prove their worth atleast in Education. Save us and engineering future from dictatorship of BJP🙏
Ministry is not ready to accept that this decision is not in favour of all students.
This needs to be stopped right now before its too late.
    Our demand are :
    1) Students who feel insecure about their admission seat because of re-exam should be allowed to give second attempt.
    OR
    2) Increase direct second year admission quota back to 20% as it was in 2018.
Please make a video on this issue as you are the only hope🙏
    Hoping for justice⚖️
No media and ministers are responding.

Because mbbs in not a joke, it's a professional course. It takes a lot of effort and resources to make a doctor. Increasing seats is never the answer. Infact, ask any medical student and he'll tell you to decrease the number of seats in college as it results in better learning. You cannot and I mean cannot mass produce doctors.

(b) mbbs is not the same as engineering, the more the number of students, the less an individual learns, cause a lot goes into medical training. Plus medical professors are not just professors, they're doctors too. Already they are overworked, increasing class strength just worsens the problem, from both fronts.

    Where lies the solution?
    1) We need to increase government colleges MBBS seats.
    2) The exams of NEET need serious changes, it is ridiculous how high the marks required for getting a seat is. People scoring 600/720 are barely managing to get a seat. The questions are too straight forward and way too many for 3 hours making this just a shory of speed competition and increasing competition beyond imagination.
    3) There is a need to reduce the syllabus during MBBS. An MBBS graduate who will practise as a physician will never need to recall more than 40-50 percent of what is taught during MBBS.
Many things taught during MBBS are not required unless you choose to do a specialisation.
Because of the immense syllabus students have no time left at all to focus on clinical skills.

Great video Mohak! But I would like to add a few points here. First of all, the fake doctor at 9:15 is not operating on the hand, he is just canulating, which means inserting a needle into the vein to give fluid, "operate" is a very big word to use here. Secondly, promoting fake doctors will end up causing more problem for real doctors. A lot of times these fake doctors after making a mistake and refer the complicated patient to a real doctor in the city, and then the responsibility ends up on the real doctor's shoulders to deal with something which is going to have a bad outcome. Thirdly, voilence against doctors is rising in india, and lots of doctors including me do not feel safe working in india anymore and there is high brain drain to countries like UK, australia and USA where lifestyle is better with better pay and more security when it comes to physical violence. We have to deal with their mistakes and the patient's attendants end up beating us rather than them. Governement needs to create more governement colleges to train doctors. Doctors working in rural settings have pathetic conditions, they live and work in places which are unsanitory and devoid of any facilites, this needs to improve. When government is not ready to spend on health sector, how does one expect things to improve.

Govt will spend money everywhere but will not make govt hospitals urban class and they expect doctors to serve in low incomes that would not cover their loans which they too to become doctors. That is why most of the doctors prefer opening private clinics or work in private hospitals than to work in govt hospitals😂😂😂.
