Sparks Fly yeah, you can have dehydrated oily skin. Your skin keeps compensating for dryness with more oil compared to dry skin that compensates by flaking.

As interesting as this facial is, I wouldn't try it myself. The reasons for your breakout is probably because of whatever stuff wasn't being blown off was instead being forced deeper into your skin. Especially from that 90 degree angle.

These girls make their money off of women who feel insecure and don't know anything about real science and biology by making their mumbo jumbo sound legit and too complicated to understand. Estheticians can never EVER help your skin. It is purely hopes and illusions, not results. If you ever want true results, please see a MEDICAL esthetician who uses laser treatments and needles. A massage and cream isn't going to get rid of your acne.
맥스 when my acne was at its peak, I went to my derm for chemical peels and microneedling which helped so much. But for monthly maintenance and gentler treatments I like to go to aestheticians for dermaplaning, microdermabrasion etc. The effects are less compared to the derm procedures but since they’re less intensive on my skin, I can do them more often.
It's simply a oxygen facial it's not strong enough to force blackheads out of your pores. It's more so penetrate products into the skin rather than taking things out.

159 dollars just for exfoliation lmfao, stridex and cheap glycolic like the Ordinary can literally do this as well, I have no blackheads anymore, my skin is glowing, I still have breakouts here and there but that's literally the same thing she experienced. Hyaluronic Acid plumps your skin, so of course, her skin would look plumper after the treatment. Just do a skincare routine with products you trust, you never tried the products these facial treatments uses, so if you're sensitive or acne-prone, you're gonna have a bad time if it breaks you out instead

Tbh, the side of the face where the lymphatic drainage was done looks a bit older than the other side. Also, it seems that the power washing is just another fancy way of applying ingredients which were already established as good for the skin. Since the chemicals used in the process is the same as others, the comparison would be more convincing if they compared half of the face where the acids and serums were applied the usual way vs the side where the power washing was done.
I did once and afterwards idk if it's just me but I started gettin all this big O pores on my forehead it took me awhile for my face to go back to how it was never again.
If you put a face mask of fullers earth on , leave till it dries and chip it off , you will get a skin peel , if you wet it and take of your skin will look amazing

I wouldn't be surprised if the pressure is variable. I would hope they account for the thinness and elasticity of people skin. I think it also matters whether or not there are tears that are able to allow that air in. I used to do some machining in high school and we'd use a high pressure air hose to clean bits of metal and wood away from the drill bit. We were warned not to aim it at ourselves because it could damage our face and cause cuts to fill with air. I don't know what was serious and what was just the instructors messing with us, but this is probably something that people have addressed somewhere on the web.
I wish for once they would pick people who actually do not have good skin and actually has a lot of acne scarring and etc. this way we will be able to see if these treatments actually do work or not.
