If you know anyone that has cattle get an ear tag from them that is for fly control and tie it to Cora's collar. Our vet one year told me to do that to our beagle for flea and tick control.

That white Emu has beautiful blue eyes. I loved when it was looking in the camera. Reminds me of our African Grey when he gives you the one eyed treatment.

The female bottle baby can be "Star" if you don't already have one. And that Polish hen has Tina Turner's hair from the 90's, so I think "Tina" might be a good name for her. Glad the missing kid was found safe!

That hen can be Tina in honor of the late Tina Turner. As someone else said the baby goat can be Etta or baby short for bottle baby, I’m sure she’ll always be more friendly than a regular goat. I was hoping that the missing kid would show up. I am so glad that Kora didn’t have puppies yet, she needs more time to mature. Yay, the bees are thriving!
I picked Patti LaBelle, but Tina Turner would be my second choice. That hair reminds me of both of them in the 80s.

I think Oreo is a good name for the baby girl goat of the two babies that are bottle fed. Tgey are both adorable. Glad the new baby was found, and safe. And I wonder how big Darrel is doing. The first bottle fed baby goat. Haven't seen him for a while.

Glad Rachel found Cami's baby. I still remember when Cami was born. Her markings are very different than they are today. She was darker and looked way more camouflaged, thus her name. Henry is a little sweetheart😁. Call that chicken Phyliss! For some reason she reminds me of Phyliss Diller😄. Years ago my husband raised Silkys and several other types of fancy chickens. He had different pigeons too, watching the roller pigeons flying was so cool. We also had 3 big gray geese and I don’t remember their correct name but they all were interesting to watch! Then there were the two little goats, Sassafras and Hibiscus ! We’d moved out to the little house my grandparents had built by the lake at that time. Grandpa had built sheds to cover antique farm machinery and the machinery was all gone. One day my husband came home from the sales barn with these two adorable kids. They were like Houdin. Plenty of greens for them to eat but they preferred my flower beds. Watching your family farm brings back good memories of younger days👍🏻💖😊
I agree with "bettylou" , Etta for the girl goat. Henry/Etta lol! You think about a rack on the fence or the gate to hold the baby bottles upside down ? That way you wouldn't have to hold them for the babies.😂
Kevin I have to say that emu's love shiny stuff just ask Brooke from cog Hill family farm, I'm sure they could give you some information on your emu's. They have the sheriff which happens to be their emu Nugget, and Brooke can't wear earrings or anything else that is shiny around Nugget. Tina Turner would be a great name for the Polish hen. If you go back and look at the last video when you walked around the stacked rocks, i could have sworn there was a baby tucked up into the crevice on the back by the tree. Maybe he was hiding in there. But with his coloring had he lain real still he might have looked like a rock on Bear's grave.

This might sound crazy but many years ago and during kidding season, I volunteered at a goat dairy farm. They had a very large herd so it was not uncommon for multiple babies to be abandoned by their mother. Initially, we would bottle feed the babies but as they got older they learned to drink from a bucket which had several nipples attached. Just my two cents…. Always enjoy watching your videos. Thanks
I saw a video a short time ago, that I don't quite recall the channel name of. They had 3 or 4 bottle kids that were fed from a raised wooden flower box-type stand, except rather than square, it was more V-shaped like the metal goat feeders on HHF's ground. It had several holes drilled toward the bottom of one side and I think possibly some wood strips in between to steady the bottles.
The bottle necks and nipples were inserted through the holes and were held at a good angle and height for the kids to drink from.
All 3 or 4 did just fine lining themselves up and drinking from the set up.
