Hey team, my potato works with V2 no issue, both on firmware V01.01.0000. The O3 air unit is on the way. , I would like to keep no attitude limit.. what firmware you recommend?
@@InfinityDrones thank you for your hard work and support. Everything is so confusing...on current setup I have 1200 FCC hack (working) and no attitude limit due to the old firmware version. So dron hacks can only unlock NFZ for me. If I will upgrade V2 with new official firmware for o3 support I loose attitude freedom what about FCC hack? If I root Google's with WTFOS i can flash/ roll back any firmware I like and install FCC hack from available packs - my Googles Will support o3 and fpv but attitude limit will be locked. Correct me if I'm wrong - sorry I'm newbie. Thank you

hi i have a dji fpv that has dronehacks on it but i also want to buy a drone with the dji o3, i heard i would have to upgrade the firmware for my goggles and controller to use it. would upgrading the goggles mess up dronehacks or could i just root the goggles?

Thanks for the videos and quick response. Finally I can use my Goggles. I kept my Hacked Drone at 1.2000 and Updated Goggles V2 using your tutorial to root and install Wtfos butter. Only problem I have now is I can't bind my goggles to the drone using Butter. It works great using the stock DJI FPV mode.
@@ariesr4883 when you have flashed wtfos you need to switch to dji fpv mode since it will automatically be in vista or air unit mode. Just go in the goggles and switch modes.
Great vid 👍I managed to install on my goggles 2 and the vista in my 5inch Iv uploaded to my whoop and can confirm its on there as hooked up to DJI assistant and didnt show up as in video. No matter what I try I cant get the OSD into my goggles ??? has anyone else come across this issue ??.
Hi there. Goggles v2 is supported not the goggles 2. If you have the v2 goggles you must be running betaflight 4.4.0 or above and you need to set up the ports tab correctly as well as load the wtfos preset. Lastly, you need to go in your goggles menu and at osd settings enable custom osd or HD mode.

This is 100% free, but there is no real benefit if you're only flying the patato. If you are going to use the dji air unit or vista then this is very nice to do.
@InfinityDrones I'd like to add either the 03 or Vista to a fixed wing and another on one of my crawlers at some point, doesn't the root hack allow u to go up to 60mbs on the picture even with the potato? I believe in at 25 now on the 0103 for drone and 0106 on goggles v2
@@Todd_G_FPV yeah, but honestly not worth it. If you go O3 then there is no need to root it. I would however, root it as per my video just incase something happens in the future
I recently learned the DJI 03 doesn't need to be flashed. Im getting Mobula 8 HD and will need to update to 4.4 first. Also getting a new/refurb set of V2's. I will root first before binding then upgrade, etc. thank u for your reply and video.@@InfinityDrones
Awesome stuff! But I may have a problem. I am using a Mac. Has anyone figured out how to use a Mac yet? I really need this Hack. My V2 Goggles are stuck in HD Air Unit mode with no option on the Settings/Device menus to switch back and forth between modes. I can still fly all of my digital quads, but I can’t get to FPV mode to update the firmware so I can bind to my brand new 03 air unit. Got a fix or any ideas. Much appreciated.

Will this hack work with Arducopter or do I have to use Betaflight
The rood mod and wtfos is realy worth doing regardless. But as far as I know the osd features are only for Inav and betaflight

This will put your goggles on the best firmware version with the most support. I've used an analog module on mine.

Yeah, if you have v2 goggles you should have them rooted, just for incase.

May I ask why? The O3 supports everything. If you're running betaflight 4.4 you have full osd support already

Sorry man, can you update via DJI assistant? But I really do think you need to ask a friend to use their PC.
i couldnt do it in my goggles 2... fortunately mock gps do the trick for fcc restrictions. Remember to NOT update official firmware guys.
This is only for thr v2 goggles not the goggles 2 or Integra
In the github repo they have an option for goggles 2, but i opt for the mock gps for now, thanks @@InfinityDrones
