Already felt insecure ordering a “dirty chai” let alone calling it a “naughty chai”
This is the type of college I would love to attend!!!!! /med.student
The 2/3 dusting trick is really helpful, thanks! I'd traditionally make a paste with chocolate powder + a little bit of milk, then pour steamed milk into it.
I guess Im asking the wrong place but does anybody know a method to get back into an instagram account..?
I somehow lost my account password. I love any tips you can offer me.
@Kolton Jase Instablaster =)
@Abdullah Chris Thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm in the hacking process atm.
Seems to take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Abdullah Chris it did the trick and I now got access to my account again. I am so happy!
Thank you so much, you saved my ass!
@Kolton Jase No problem xD
Have you tried adding nutmeg in addition to cinnamon to the chai latte?
Is it potentially harmful to the steam wand to throw anything else in there other than milk? Sure the steam is powerful and you purge afterward, but sugary hot chocolate mix or chai powder could still potentially cause problems, no?
Guess it's same with non dairy milk too. Need to keep swopping out cleaning cloths regularly before they get saturated also
Maybe a silly question: when you say 60 degrees, you mean Celsius right?😂 Asking for an American friend…
Yes that is correct :)
I remember asking a barista at starbucks to add an espresso shot to a chai latte about 20 years ago... I didn't realise this was a thing.... neither did they.
Powder chai! Are you serious? That is so unprofessional
when you are saying 50 and 60 degrees, isn't this cold??? It is if you are making it fahrenheit and not Celsius. Stating which you are using is very helpful.
Must be Celsius surely
Really chai power?🤣
this is great idea on how to steamed milk with powder but in my case I'm so busy so I don't have time washing jug all the time...but thanks for idea
I know this isn't exactly related to this specific video, but I would really love to get some tips if possible from you guys! :) So, I'm decently new at being a barista, but I've got my milk down pretty well and I understand the wrist motion to making basic patterns like the rosetta and the love heart. The problem that I'm facing now is that, when I first try starting my pattern, there is not much contrast between the milk and the coffee, and it ends up making a pale blob which I can't control because there is no contrast. This also ends up filling my cup too much, wheich makes it very difficult to create a pattern after. If you guys have any tips or can understand the mistake that I'm making, would love to hear from you! Always watch your videos and I feel like I'm improving at a significantly faster rate because of your tips. Thanks for all the work you guys put into your videos!
Love from Canada xoxox
thanks for your comments Gennie! yes I know the feeling. Try tilting the cup most of the way until your ready pouring the art work. The cup become flat only when you're ready to pull through
THAT’S SO CLEVER!! Just sprinkling a bit of cinnamon on top!! 🤩 I was wondering how to do the art on the tea because tea don’t have foam. Ty ~ 😘
Thanks, I'll try to make the dirty chai tomorrow😮💨🔥
Crystal clear explanation. Thanks
Delicious Chai . . .
Thanks so much for this video! I've never been a barista but something possessed me to write a barista witch character in this story of mine--now I know how to make some drinks to make it authentic!
It’s beautiful!Thank you very much for sharing this. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family.
Hi! I was wondering, do you make & sell your own chai powder or you buy it from a supplier?
Hi Alia, We have our own range of Chai powder and syrup, called Bollywood.
Thank you very much I want to learn and improve more in my work I loved the video simply great the best explained video
Your pitcher is so dirty and another thing is we do not stem milk and coca powder in pitcher. Because it make your pitcher sticky and destroy stem wand.
Love these videos. Thank you. I wonder if you can cut one on how to not stress when getting absolutely slammed and how you keep consistency using different size jugs. Medium or small jugs videos is great, but most cafes I trial at come 8:30am every morning it’s absolutely bedlam.
Thanks so much for your comments CJ. That's a great idea! We'll work one in to the schedule.
What is your chai powder? All of our chai is chai tea based for the healthiest Option. What kind do you guys use?
Wow! Awesome video. Thanks for the class 👏
Our pleasure!
I have a similar coffee plant on my right forearm as well!
what powder do you guys use for your chai latte?
I am attending this college.
Thank you
Thank you sire, deeply obliged.
Realised from this video that you don't keep your milk jug clean
I brought a costa chai flavour the other day it smelt like a old oil sump on a daf 400 truck tastes like diesel fuel or brake fluid fucking dirty mate
Outstanding video I really enjoyed watching this my friend.
Thank you for your amazing videos, now I'm able to show off my new skills!

Should be using fresh herbs instead of powdered rubbish. Just my observation.
Brilliant .so chai latte is getting popular .I didn’t know thrs chai powder .I am a barista and would def introduce this to my outlet .

And I’m here thinking I’m professional drinking chai latte from T-Disks

I never knew hot chocolate could be so fancy. I’m so excited I have an espresso machine I’m so doing this!
Where can I get the Chai powder? Is it the same as garam masala?
KA S you can buy the Arkadia brand from Coles or Woolworths supermarket. They have vanilla and spice chai flavours (vanilla is really nice).
Charmagne Onbashi thank you!!

Wtf is chi powder?
Ty for the recipe ideas love all types of coffee
Genius ideas here
What is a chai powder?
How else do you make a chai latte?
@@amosw766 I find it funny you're asking someone from South Asia how to make chai without powder as if using powder is the only way... Maybe you should look where chai comes from
@@headerahelix I understand what chai is, but is it possible to make a chai latte without powder? This is a genuine question haha
@@headerahelix a latte as opposed to a tea
@@amosw766 Brew chai without the milk, add frothed milk at the end. Choose a loose leaf black tea, brew with spices. Typical spices include cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, whole peppercorns and cardamom pods (green is most typical to find and use) and sugar. There are more variations on spices and quantities but it depends on the region you're from and even your families' preference but those 5 are a good starting place.
Cool, thx
Any brand recommendations for chocolate powder?
I love the Choccochino by Vittoria
😍👍👍👍
So as long as you purge the wand, the powder won't be a big deal right?
Great vid!
purge before, and after. Always wipe clean! and yeah, there won't be a problem
@@WolffCoffeeRoasters great thanks!
@@WolffCoffeeRoasters and if i'm not mistaken, that's a Strada right? which one is it?
@@tmywu You're right! It's the Strada AV.
Really very informative video sir... But it would be more useful while you put the brand name of Chai Powder and Chocolate powder
the brand doesn't really matter, just use one that works for you.
That dirty chi looks absolutely delicious!!!❤️👍
