To be fair, I love baking bread and of course pizza, and you use a lot of oil, you put oil in the dough so it has a soft texture, I do the sauce from scratch, and don’t put oil in it, but the actual recipe requires to fry onions, garlic and tomato to make the sauce, you have to put oil on the dough while the fermentation happens because if not it will be soo dry, and well it’s supposed to go straight into the oven so no oil, but street food usually fry everything haha
For this variation of pizza you need to add this oil for two things: increase the doughs height plus malleability. Otherwise it would be a complete mess. Jesus? you have no freaking idea how this variation of pizza works and fyi is delicious

You can see this is a high yeast dough with low fermentation time just by looking at the end result. Great for sweet pastries, bc the slightly sour yeast taste goes well with the sugar, but you dont want it in a pizza.

foccaccia/fougasse/fugazza are not really pizza in the traditional sense (otherwise we would call a "croûte au fromage" and variation or a "Flammkuchen" a pizza) foccaccia/fougasse are a bit thicker than a fugazza and usually pizza traditionalist prefer a thin base over a "bread"
Well, with proofing oven time you could have it in about 8 hours' work if you have the simple ingredients in. OK the prosciutto I don't know about freezing, but the rest, you could have in.
