All these Korean food videos, the places always look immaculately clean, the staff so well organized with their prep, and all the b est food safety practices.
I wish more places in the west had as much discipline.
And all that has nothing to do with the fact that they are making an advertising video.
Just compare your local fast food chain ads with reality and you know how it is.

@@onelove9791 I can tell you with well over a decade of kitchen experience, that is not "all for the camera". That is proper commercial equipment and their execution they very well versed in what they're doing. The cook might be for the video, but I would say with that much prep they probably did this before opening and that prep was for a lunch service.
Meanwhile if you say the same thing about japanese restaurants all these comments don't mention any staging

They just put whatever tastes good on a burger. That’s what we do here but they seem to be more daring. I’ve lived in America 🇺🇸 my whole life and never saw a burger with shrimp on it. It looks really good.
The food looks amazing but for me its how incredibly clean the kitchen is. I wish all restaurants had this level of cleanliness and food safety.
Relaxing as always, the only problem is that I want a burger now 🤔

Ketchup, mustard, jalapenos and tomato paste? It can't get any better than that. I'm going to Korea just for one of these burgers.
I'm broke AF so I'm staying stateside, but I might have to replicate their tomato-based sauce. Probably won't taste nearly as good, but I'm willing to try it.
You know what? This is absolutely gorgeous. This is the type of fastidious detail I tend to use when making my own meals at home. Incredible and totally worth the effort.

Japanese and Korean Restaurants are simply incredible! I mean how the hell can you take something as mundane, basic and simple as a Hot Dog, Hamburger or Sandwich and create PERFECTION?!
And even more impressive is their commitment to their craft until they perfect the process just WOW! And yes I know there are other people who make great Burgers, Hot Dogs and Sandwiches but somehow these Guys just take it to a whole other level?

Because they´re not in a rush during service. This is only a demostration of how they do it. But trust me, if the video were being recorded during service it wouldn´t end up so nice, that´s why they´re so relaxed.

The one thing I can respect about this cooking compared to here in America is the hygiene. Clean kitchen and everyone uses gloves while handling or preparing the food.

It's nice cause you can do a lot with few ingredients at this place. Looks to me like they sell only around 5 burgers or so. Smart.
The blob of white was the egg. I highly doubt they sell only 5 burgers a day. It looked to me as if the food was made specifically to create this video. They made it for themselves to eat but for promo reasons. That's smart.

I worked in restaurants for years. I had worked for Michilian star restaurant I miss the free booze the comradely with co workers the "family meal" I do not miss the prep work or the insane hours put in. The fact you double grinded your beef= awesome. If I'm ever in Korea I'll definitely hit you guys up.

My mouth is watering. This couple has a brilliance in combining flavors in burgers I never thought of. The avacado slices were generous. Here in California, USA, you might get either guacamole or a couple of slices, very thinly sliced. The toppings & sauces I could smell & imagine their taste. A burger with sides like you offer would be at least $25 dollars here , & I'd pay it!
In Moscow you can get burger the same quality for 10$

This is incredible!! Prime ingredients, grinding the beef, home made cheese sticks, beautiful fresh vegetables, and a wonderful wrapping job. I am and American where I suspect the modern-day hamburger was invented and I have never seen one that is as beautiful and rich as these burgers are!! To me, and I don't mean to be stereotypical, but the Asian people seem to do anything aesthetically pleasing, artistic, delicious, and just better than anyone else does. The cost of these burgers would have to bring a high price and we would gladly pay it if it was just available in the U.S. Chain restaurants try to squeeze all the money they can from an inferior product, and the independent restaurants have a hard time competing with the chain prices thereby having to cheapen their fare. Please keep posting and thanks for this video. I suppose now I'll go get two McDonald's burgers for 2 bucks! Yeesh.

I paid one Burger Here in Germany Like 20$ with Double Patty but IT didnt Look Like 5% of this Burger wich They Made ! Asking myself what would be the price of this master class Burger !? Probably 30-40$ atleast

There is no such thing as a New York Style Burger. New York City has some signature foods, but nowhere in the discussion of New York City food does the hamburger come up.
