I need to stop watching Korean Street Food videos! I'm getting hungry!!! The thing that makes all street food so great, is the variation. Some are bit more salty, more cheesy or more soft or more well done! It's like life!
They love eggs, I remember ramen and all the soups with eggs, some street vendors even put a hard boiled egg on a stick and dipped it in tempura, it was excellent. What I find surprising is how much cheese they use now, when I was there in the seventies outside of American cheese on a burger there was almost no cheese. Should have seen some of the Korean reactions when I got a care package with blue cheese in it, rotten mouldy milk somes it up.
Dude, just go to any streetfood stand in Europe. Switzerland for example. And you'll se what's clean. And yes, I would check Indian street food twice before thinking about to even try it lol.
Or just google the recipe and cook it yourself. Very easily. This isn’t some super fancy 5 sat chef stuff it’s just home cooking which I anyone can do.

I baked in a 350F oven until a toothpick came out clean, but forgot to record the time. I did not have the cool baking pans, so instead I put it in small 5" rectangular loaf pans. It came out pretty tasty!
