    • @FStop67

I attended that show and I was very good friends with the woman who managed the venue. She allowed the camera to be set up to film. As far as I know, the band only filmed a few clips of the show. That was the first time they ever did the Mannequin gag. They did it twice that night - once at each show, then they did it at a gig a few days later in Northern California and the last time they ever did it was at the New Years Eve show at the Santa Monica Civic in 1982. I have been trying to track all that footage down for a long time...I have never had any luck. My friend who managed the venue passed away last year and she said the band's management never gave her any of the footage. I saw that clip you posted about a year ago on RUclips and it blew my mind, I was hoping the rest of it would leak. Did you ever contact the person that originally posted that clip? Where did they get it? Maybe their source has the rest of the footage.

@@FStop67 Wow, thank you for that information! I got it off of RUclips, it looks like it was used for a RnR documentary, that's all I know about it. EXAMPLE??? 83 US FESTIVAL AND LIVE AIDE???? GLOBAL!!! THINK ABOUT THAT PEOPLE! GLOBAL?? NOTHING BEATS A LIVE CONCERT WITH MUSICIANS PLAYING INSTRUMENTS , TECHNOLOGY COMBINED WITH CREATIVITY IS UNBELIEVABLE I!!! QUALITY SOUND AND VISUAL EFFECTS 80'S ARTISTS COULD ONLY DREAM OF BEING AVAILABLE???? That's why I BELIEVE THAT 80'S ROCK ARTISTS SHOULD GET OUT AND PUT ON A BENEFIT CONCERT FOR FLORIDA LIKE LIVE AIDE IN THE 80'S!!! ROCK ARTISTS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN IN FOR A GOOD CAUSE IN THE PAST???? Ticket prices suck now. If you want this time period but now check out "Rocklahoma" a three day festival in Oklahoma! Kool up and coming bands all day on like seven to ten stages! Let's see .. can't remember all the bands I saw of course but a really good glam band out of Washington I think called Prophets Of Addiction stood out. I never heard of them but they had somehow got thee best time slot out of all three days! They played after Sixx AM (Nikki Sixx's other band) and before the Scorpions on main stage . So discovering new bands that are right up your alley is Kool. Oh also a good time party band out of Nashville called The Tip. Singer should be a star already blew harmonica like a pro badasser! And he had the whiskey cigarettes rasp great range like Steven Tyler meets Rod Stewart but they more like Van Halen . And another crazy glam band that took it to another level with a KISS type mystique. Fucking Kool like pretty boys then morphed into like Cryptids or humanoids .. reptilians..? While they played it was so weird and the songs were non stop rock. They were called the Pretty Uglys? They said they from Uranus lol since 2016 I'm a big fan of these three bands big time . There were a few others but can't remember so many bands! Rob Zombie headlined too. Oh check out "Lay down your soul for rock n roll" by the Pretty Uglys! And "Babylon Boula ard" by Prophets Of Addiction and "Welcome to the night" by the Tip.
