It is insane how many famous actors either got their start on Seinfeld or happened to play a side character during their career... like MOST of Breaking Bad's main cast is here
This is one of my all time favorite episodes. "You're living in the past man, you're hung up on some clown from the SIXTIES MAN!" "Eric the clown put it out with his big shoe"😂😂😂😂😂
The episode where George avoids getting broken up with is hysterical. His voice mail message is amazing especially for those of us who were fans of the early 80s show The Greatest American Hero.
Yes. That would be a great Seinfeld Trivia question. The theme music on his machine. Also as he leaves he says, “CO-STAN-za to ingrain into her memory. Comes from 80’s commercials that end with “by-mennen”.
That's in Season 4, which is a whole season story arc meant to be watched in order. These two are clueless and don't seem to give a sheet about their audience,'s recommendations. So they have likely already screwed the pooch, or they are too dimwitted to understand.
I am Really Loving this episode so much! I have George knocking people over at a birthday party etched in my memories so deeply.... My brother's both are retired Firefighters and during this episode of Seinfeld they were both still in the Fire Dept. . This is a favorite for my whole family. I normally have a severe fear of clowns because of the serial killer that dressed as a clown John Wayne Gacy . However this clown in Seinfeld felt very funny because of his interaction with George about Bozo . I am old enough to remember that Bozo the clown was on T.V. but I think I was still to young to catch his show before reruns . He was a scary clown but not as horrifying as Pennywise . I Love the idea of the coffee table book so much I wish it had been my idea.... I did not remember the coffee table book scenes being in this episode but I enjoyed all your reactions and comments during this so much. I am so glad that Casey ( Hope I spelled her name right ) is taking this Seinfeld journey . Thank you both for this .
George has always been my favorite character but I watched this RUclips video recently about Elaine being the most cold-hearted person on the show and she may be my new favorite 😂
The actress playing George girlfriend is Melanie Chartoff who was once on a ABC NETWORK show called FRIDAY’S it was supposed to be their version of SNL also on that show was Larry David,Michael Richard’s and the actor who would later play the gossipy Rabi on Seinfeld
That "Toby" character really has grown on me - such great acting by: Veanne Cox. To be so "crazy" but still normal enough to date Kramer, or well, maybe you have to be crazy to date Kramer.
Yeah, Veanne Cox is just hilarious in her derangement. She's one of my very favourite Seinfeld guests, she just sells it so well and what could get annoying just somehow stays goddam funny. As for Toby, she should probably get herself a reaction channel.
And amazing part is most of the episodes are based on real life. Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David (writers of the show) wrote about their experiences and things they encountered. Kramer is based on Larry’s neighbour who did most of the stupid things Kramer did. And the actor who play Kramer did not watched the show because he was so deep in his character he said he watched it with his grandson for the first time
There’s a whole slew of episodes about making a sitcom. I forget where it starts but it introduces a big new character and the episode set is very funny.
To this day I can still recite Kramer’s bus story almost word for word and I can only get through the whole thing without busting out laughing sometimes. 😂
The prop comic is Dom Irrera. He is in the top 100 comedians of all time. I first saw him when I lived in San Diego California in the 1990s… Since then, I probably have seen them about 15 times.
Fun fact, the Swedish movie Turist (aka Force Majeure) was inspired by the fire scene. Ironically, there was an American remake named Downhill, starring Julia Louis-Dreyfus.
6:02 Eric, the Clown is Jon Favreau (Happy from the MCU)! Bozo was created in 1946. He became famous and served as the mascot for Capitol Records, then appeared on tv in 1949 for the 1st time with local tv stations all over the country creating their own Bozo shows since he became so popular. He went on to Bozo's Big Top for syndication and then went national via cable and satellite in the 70s. Performers who have portrayed Bozo include Colvig and Harmon, Syd Saylor (1950s on KTTV), Bob McNea (1959-1966), Earl Frank Cady (WJRT-TV, 1967-), Willard Scott (1959-1962) who went on to become the famous Today Show weatherman, Frank Avruch (1959-1970), Bob Bell (1960-1984), and Joey D'Auria (1984-2001). Bozo TV shows were also produced in other countries, including Mexico, Brazil, Greece, Australia, and Thailand. David Arquette (Scream/Courtney Cox's ex) purchased the rights to the Bozo the Clown character from Larry Harmon Pictures in 2021. Claribel was another famous clown during the Howdy Doody era.
As a stand-up comic myself, this episode is so real LMAO!! Hecklers can be the worst, especially when you call them out, and they get all butt hurt and blame the show for not being able to continue. Literally had it happen to the headliner last night at a show I did. She wasn't called the BAD GRANDMA for nothing, and got her area to shut up LOL!! I never watched Seinfeld when it was out, but I recently had it running on loop at work through all seasons.
The random flashback to George blowing out the candles on his 7th birthday cake always catches me off guard and makes me lose my mind. Toby is so over the top that it works. That character has always stuck with me.
Seinfeld gave a lot of people small roles and then they went on to great things. The ones you've seen so far are Jon Favreau in this episode, Teri Hatcher in The Implant, and Megan Mullaly who played a girlfriend of George and later was great on Will & Grace for years. Hopefully you'll eventually get to Bryan Cranston who plays the dentist Tim Whatley, and many more that get roles years later on Curb Your Enthusiasm.
Here’s what makes Seinfeld so genius 0:13 … The characters lie and are treacherous to everyone they meet - including each other. Then they end up in situations no one would ever find themselves in and respond in ways no one would ever respond.
when I was a kid my family was saved from a tornado by a coffee table i even got gifts from strangers in Japan I support coffee tables because they support me
Need to watch the episodes when George and Jerry pitch the sitcom “Jerry” to NBC, in one episode, George and Jerry try to write the pilot’s screenplay, they don’t get very far. In another, they host try-outs for the characters (and Kramer shows up to audition for his role).
Thank you, Kacee. I can't believe you said how it's gross when everyone eats the cake after someone blows out the candles. I've been saying that my whole life, and I've never heard someone else agree. It's such a disgusting custom that everyone just goes along with 😂😂😂
Next, you should check out the Seinamation shorts. They were bonuses on the DVD sets that depicted certain funny scenes, such as Kramer's pinkie toe story, done in basic animation.
If you guys go back to movies anytime soon you really need to check out "Get Him to the Greek", a sort of pseudo sequel to "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" and it's f'ing hilarious!
OMG Sooooooo many quotable moments in this episode!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 If i had to choose, i think I might have to go with "You kept making the stops?! PEOPLE KEPT RINGING THE BELL!" Lmfaooooo
I havent seen a alot of seinfield but enjoy watching your reactions to them. Didnt see this one before but soon as i seen eric the clown i was like that lools and really soumds like jon favreau but wasnt sure glad i was right.

"STOP IT FRANK, YOU'RE KILLING HIM!" - One of my favourite Constanza moments
Probably one of Frank's favorites as well.
I was just about to say the same. How did they manage to traumatize George so hard like that.
Eric the Clown is Jon Favreau’s first ever TV acting credit.

Jon Favreau as the clown is one of my favorite guest actors. “You’re hung up on a clown from THE 60S, man!”
Please do "The Opposite". Now that you understand rhe characters I think it is far and away the best George episode alongside "The Summer of George".
Yes. The last scene is the best where Elaine says "I'm George!!"
And the Comeback. She is in a coma, George
They will do all episodes, no need to request. They should just do it from the start.
@@cosmobrownslivingpuppetsshow "The Ocean called..." The "cut scene" from that is great, George has hair in the "dream scenario"!
"I'm Victoria, Hi!" Dedee Pfeiffer (Yes, Michelle's sister).
Kramer’s pinkie toe bit is one of the funniest scenes in all of Seinfeld.
“Well, people kept ringing the bell!”
I had the same message on my phone for years. But I sang and played the song on guitar.
Eric the clown directed Iron Man, let that sink in for a minute lol.
Eric the Clown was hung up on some superhero from the 60s, man ;)
He also co-created The Mandalorian
Holding my breath for Soup Nazi and The Doll.

Waiting for The Raincoats
Good ones. That made me think of the mannequin that looked exactly like Elaine.
"Yeah! Yeah, I AM Batman!"
lol always loved that one
Like my 88-year-old mother always says, Jerry is on the verge of laughing in almost every scene.
Umm ok
It's rather endearing.
He really is. Lol
Lol, it's true. I like to imagine Jerry is the only character who knows he's in a TV show, and he's just going along with it
I love Kramer’s stories, especially his Mickey Mantle story. 😂😂
Kramer’s bus story is a top 10 Seinfeld moment. “The bus is outta control!”
Weakest and most ridiculous part of the episode.
George and the word, 'seemingly,' go together like pb&j. The whole fire scene was classic Larry David.
'You're living in the past man; you're hung up on some clown from the 60's! Man!' used to be on my answering machine when those were a thing. LOLOL!
When George knocks down the old lady like he's playing football I always lose it lol
"How do you live with yourself?
"It's not easy" lmao
I agree that Elaine could use some happiness in her life but Toby is insane😂😂
You guys need to add, The Opera to the list 😂 Elaine is "a day person." 😂😂
That's in Season 4, which is a whole season story arc meant to be watched in order. These two are clueless and don't seem to give a sheet about their audience,'s recommendations. So they have likely already screwed the pooch, or they are too dimwitted to understand.
