Excellent master, I've been wanting to do this for my workshop for a long time and now that I see your video I've already decided, tomorrow Monday I'll buy the pipes I'll put my hand on it, I like it better than the one from the Safe Jack brand that must cost a lot of dollars, congratulations on your great job, when I finish it I'll show it and tell me if you like it, thank you very much.
Bonjour, C'est du bon travail, je ferai ces chandelles lorsque j'aurai un grosse réparation. J'ai fait les plans je vais essayer de les déposer sur votre chaîne.
All he needed to do was buy the square tube that has no weld seam in it like a 2-inch trailer hitch tube and then he could have just used a regular square tube without having to weld on the shims. I like his slanted design that allows the stand to be raised without having to remove any pins until the new height is set. I would prefer to have pins with the ball spring lock on each one.
Great tutorial and thank you for adding the measurements at the end.
Cheers

Bonjour,
C'est du bon travail, je ferai ces chandelles lorsque j'aurai un grosse réparation. J'ai fait les plans je vais essayer de les déposer sur votre chaîne.
Wow! Vraiment I can't wait for it Salut a la prochaine.
Good looking.
How many mm is each pipe?
3мм
@@Newterafox Thank you.
If I wanted to buy 2 of those from you what would you charge, rennstand has them at $179
good video! what diameter tubes did you use?
I love the video, but you need to talk during the video and explain what you are doing, like your measurements & angles.
is there a reason the jack has to be parallelogram/pyramid shape? If it was a simple U shape, wouldn't it work?
its more stable to the front-back movement
Fiz uma cadeira de rodas com matalon, será que aguenta????
What are the tube dimensions? 40x40mm and 30x30?

I know it's quite off topic but do anybody know of a good place to watch newly released movies online?
Good
direct copy of a product on ytube called rennstand
No no this ones blue. Totally different.
I use blocks of wood! Lol 😂
I think he made some improvements though.
@@raymondbarry9425 You copied my design. I was using wood stand since 10-15 years ago.
All well and good while the tyre is inflated, but wouldn't go under if it were flat.
Hey dude, there is no need to shade the camera from the welding arc, really. LOL
You HAVE to weld the 2 legs together for safety reasons. Also for safety reasons you shouldn't have variable height. The "pin" can snap.
why will the pin snap ? "normal" jack stands come with pins.
@@HappyClapper63 The pins are special metal. This guy probably used mild steel, the weakest kind.
I buyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy .... sell me cheap please ? :D
