I'm 31 years old and play in heavy metal bands mostly, but there is no denying EWF is one of the greatest bands EVER. Earth, Wind, & Fire are the greatest live show band ever. I first saw them live at the Omni in Atlanta in February of 1988. They put on a great show. I'm a fan forever. Much love brothers. RIP. Maurice. White.
I've been a huge fan since the 70s and I still go to their concert , recently July 3, 2022 here in Chicago. Best band the ever existed ! Philip Bailey has never been equaled.

I was there at that concert in Pittsburgh 1976. What a show it was. At that time you were able to get high in the arena. What a great time. Young people have it in their mind that the 70 and 80 didn’t have any good bands. They’re wrong. What a great band of all times. Listen to that sax blowing. Nice
My lil brother is obsessed with EWF since I turned him on to them I lived in new Mexico at the time I saw the tape 8 track bought it been a fan ever since
I was at the September 6 concert at Ratcliffe open arena in Fresno. The Emotions and George Benson opened for them. This was my very first concert. I'd planned to take my new boyfriend but he had to work so my best friend and I went instead. We had a great time! So many people were smoking weed in the stands that we got a contact high and couldn't find the car afterwards! Great concert.

Saw them at the Fabulous Forum in Inglewood, CA in the 70's. I've been to many concerts in my 66 years and this is still by far the best I've ever seen. The open to their performance was one I will never forget. If you were lucky enough to be there, you know what I mean.
One of the best concert of EWF was in Houston they were with Ramsey Lewis and The Emotions it rained but EWF came back the next night jammed for almost 2hours

Saw this show at the Bingley Hall, Stafford, UK. Gamechanger for me. EWF fan ever since. All that energy, those horns and vocals! Wow. At the end of the show, the band went into the pyramids, they were hoisted and then collapsed = no band! They then reappeared in masks if I recall correctly. Great show and with theatrical elements too. Torchbearers for the future almost 50 years ago!
I have heard a couple EW&F songs before of course like September, but I heard more of their stuff lately and now watching this recording omg omg they are legends. every song is a hit. every song gives me a high and I feel like I'm on drugs. I was there at that concert in Pittsburgh 1976. What a show it was. At that time you were able to get high in the arena. What a great time. Young people have it in their mind that the 70 and 80 didn’t have any good bands. They’re wrong. What a great band of all times. Listen to that sax blowing. Nice
We are the blessed ones to have gotten that opportunity to live through that era.
I was at show I was 7 years old it was a great show
My lil brother is obsessed with EWF since I turned him on to them I lived in new Mexico at the time I saw the tape 8 track bought it been a fan ever since
I was at the September 6 concert at Ratcliffe open arena in Fresno. The Emotions and George Benson opened for them. This was my very first concert. I'd planned to take my new boyfriend but he had to work so my best friend and I went instead. We had a great time! So many people were smoking weed in the stands that we got a contact high and couldn't find the car afterwards! Great concert.
The opening acts...that was one helluva concert!!!
Thank you for bringing this to us! I would love to have ALL those '70s concert videos! You obviously dug deep for this!
Thanks for the post please post more if you have can't get enough of the baddest band to ever live that reasons and that's the way of the world versions classic
Sounds good listening 10-10-2022 Andrew Woolfolk on the Saxophone on the songs Africano and That's The Way of The World smooth. Celebrate was co-written by Charles Stephey.Philip Bailey on congas cool 13:20 Reasons 14:00 cool. 🎷🎸🎹🎺🥁🪘🎤📽📸
When you weren't born until 1978, but can transport. back two years to witness greatness. Born in the right decade, just towards the end of it.
Thank you so much for this video. RIP Maurice, Fred & the other White brother who passed. EW&F was my absolute favorite band in the 70's & I never got a chance to see them. Your video is the concert I missed with the original members due to a snow storm in StL.

I grew up on "Earth,Wind&Fire". As a matter of fact I remember where I was and who told me about them. They truly are in my opinion the baddest band. Their stage shoes are spectacular."Good job(Earth,Wind&Fire)"
I was in the Carolinas. Loved this show.
Amazing! So glad to find this. Thanks! What a tight band!
Thank you sir for the upload!
Saw them at the Fabulous Forum in Inglewood, CA in the 70's. I've been to many concerts in my 66 years and this is still by far the best I've ever seen. The open to their performance was one
I will never forget. If you were lucky enough to be there, you know what I mean.
I saw this concert in Chattanooga, Tennessee in 1976. I was 15.
Thank you for this upload!!!
Love this! Funky and cool! The vocals are amazing! Incredible, top-notch musicianship, too. This is absolutely my favorite era of music.
One of the best concert of EWF was in Houston they were with Ramsey Lewis and The Emotions it rained but EWF came back the next night jammed for almost 2hours
The first song I was introduced to listening recorded by ref was mighty, mighty 1973.
the sweetest music, music could ever be
A maior banda de todos os tempos! Insuperáveis em tudo; vocais,metaleira,suingueira,harmonia... eternos Earth Wind e Fire!
Back in the 70s in Utah number of times in deer lake park city utah but I first seen them with nicy Williams when they first introduced her here s.l.c.utah memories
daddysmooth1000, thank you is not enough to express the joy this video brought me. I was raised up with EWF. Not this exact performance but one of the three I got to attend. My Uncles attended a show in Baltimore, Md. During the Gratitude tour. I would love to see that footage...cannot find it anywhere! God Bless
REASONS....one of the most beautiful songs ever!
They are my goto work music, got a little edible in me, just half ass dance step my way through work with a grin and get shit done. I'm a 41 yr old white guy. Great music is universal.
Step On Brotha, Step On !!!

We r back had to watch this force of music performing celebrate live, from still listening radio2021 amann
It sounds soo clear!!!
Went to same show it was March 2nd 1979 ended with September
I have heard a couple EW&F songs before of course like September, but I heard more of their stuff lately and now watching this recording omg omg they are legends. every song is a hit. every song gives me a high and I feel like I'm on drugs. They are playing instruments and dancing and so tight. LEGENNNDSSS . I was born in the wrong decade and wish I couldve been here.
1 of theirs albums with so many tunes that stays in your head wish I was at this great showcase the great band wow
You’ve discovered GOLD!!
Should have called this the GRATITUDE tour!
Why? This is only a small part of the concert. I’m sure they played songs off the Spirit album too. Unfortunately, we just don’t have that footage.
Hey Youngins THIS IS the Real Deal Here. Soooooooooooooo glad I grew up in the Era of EWF..elevate with Love
no auto tune no pre recorded tracks...REAL Musicians doing it All & setting that Top bar. Thats the Way. Im just so very sorry it took me until 2022 to see them @ Rose Music Center but I was down by the speakers white shirt sangin & smiling with everyone else. Theyll have my musical heart Forever
Rest Well Maurice Your Legacy lives on
