A lifetime of agave passion and beautiful memories on those shelves. Thank you for sharing. You do a wonderful job passing along your tequila insights. Great videos. Great top tequila lists. You have helped so many begin and cultivate their tequila journey.
Your collection put a video idea into my head. Many youtubers have taken the "5 whiskey challenge" - where you call out your 5 favorite whiskeys for specific occasions. Please consider making a 10 Tequila Challenge video:
1. Everyday Sipper Tequila: Blanco, Repo, Anejo
2. Margarita Mixer: Blanco & Repo
3. Friday Night Pour: Blanco, Repo & Anejo
4. Impress your Guests: any style
5. Special Occasion: any style
Looking forward to your next video.
Thanks for your kind words and you knew never know what the future could bring.
I've been curious since seeing the first video the scope of your collection. Impressive and your knowledge of each is also impressive. Shows a definite passion for the juice!
Thanks Lonnie
What a collection your a god amongst men when it come to tequila salud
Thank you
Great collection! Thanks for sharing Lou !
Thank you, and it's grown from then, which hasn't made my wife too happy, haha
Lou, appreciate the share. Awesome treasuures and beautiful artwork. Salud!😀
Thanks, I only put it up because a lot of people have asked. As I said in the video, I've seen collections 5 times the size, but I'm happy with what I have, and thank you very much for looking at it.
Absolutely epic! I hope I can store some gem bottles for the future and really start to get my collection going. So much passion it overflows out of the basement. I love it.
It's grown a lot since that video, but as I tell people, I know people that have collections three times bigger. Thanks
I'd love to see a video of your current collection. From recent videos, it appears to have expanded quite a bit in the past few years! A lot of great tequilas have come out in that time.
I'll have to think about that, and how to make that work
Thank you Lou Agave for displaying you beautiful collection, can’t wait to purchase Cascahuin anniversary, every time I gone to Mexico they run out but I’ll find it one of these days😏😎
Fantastic collection Lou! Love your videos and I've learned a lot from them. Keep up the good work. Just one question; what's the first tequila you had that spoke to you? In other words, the tequila where you said to yourself "I love this spirit"?
Very early on when I got to taste some of the old Chinaco and El Tesoro. Then later on when the first Patron came out, I thought they were very good, but nothing like now
Beautiful collection Lou! SALUD 🗽🥃
Thank you, it's grown a lot larger since I took that video. I appreciate it, and thank you my friend

Thank you and Greetings my friend
Amazing collection you got there! Would love to see a review about the Frida bottle.
Oh that's definitely coming up eventually. Frida 1079 is my 2nd favorite brand ever made at 1079, and it's simply amazing
Awesome collection
Thanks Lou what a nice collection
Thanks Michael
what an awesome collection! can you list 10 tequilas you drink on a daily basis? just curious on what you usually drink when youre not making vidoes.
Sure- I swing between quality blancos and even some everyday affordable blancos, which are acceptable to me. This is so I don't have to open and spend a lot of money and use up my good stuff. I tend to also enjoy a quality extra anejo as well. So the blancos are usually Fortaleza, Arette classic, G4, Pasote, Calle 23 Criollo (I have a bunch) and El Tesoro. If I run out of them and I just want to taste a little blanco while I'm watching TV, I might even sip Olmeca altos, as I don't have a problem with that, and is easily found where I live and very inexpensive. The XA's are things like Tierra Noble, which has a great price, if I have any Grand Mayan laying around, and only since I bought a bunch of bottles recently... Tapatio Excelencia, and if I have Tears of Llorona, I'll sip on that occasionally. Remember, once I open a treasure bottle for one of my reviews, being that it's opened...I'll sip on tose as well. Thanks for commenting, and have a great day.
@@longislandloutequila7208 awesome thank you! keep up the amazing videos!
@@axelpena5054- Thank You Axel
I'd like a review on the 1921(s) you have
I'm working on my area. It's getting crowded
If there were 5 of your most favorite that you could take with you for eternal life, which would they be?
Because of you I bought 8 bottles of Tears of Llorona. 😆 have not yet opened
Haha that's a very broad question. I mean are we talking about tequila that you can't buy anymore from the past? and are we talking about one particular expression?
I'll go with all-time favorites regardless if you can buy them anymore. They'll be split between Blanco and XA which, are my favorite expressions. So let's see 9 year El Caballito XA, Tears of Llorona XA, Siete Leguas D'Antaño XA, 2018 Fuenteseca Cosecha blanco, Cascahuin Cerro De Luz Blanco, and as a bonus...Criollo Blanco. There's so many others, can't do it in five
@@longislandloutequila7208 i am going to try and get your all time favorites. Never knew about the additives & sweeteners until you mentioned it after I asked about your thoughts on Adictivo. I appreciate your knowledge and sharing of your experiences from your collection, always great informative videos as well. Ty!
@SChavez- thank you, and I appreciate your compliments
Lol I'm only 200 bottles short but I'm working on it
I am 64 and have been drinking "good" tequila for quit some time. I am kicking myself in the ass for not saving all the empty bottles. Lou your comment about not opening treasured bottles, guess what "you cant take it with you" Who are you saving them for? Life is too short not to enjoy them.
Haha that's MY phrase. I do open treasure bottles quite often, as I show on my website.
Yep Lou I knew that was your phrase. Mine is "Life is to short for cheap liquor"
@@sharthun2009 - I agree with that
