Yeah ! GREAT REPAIR. I think you could have started the gluing process by stopping the bottom end of the tube (where the pin's located) with a drop of epoxy that you'd let dry and sand flush and lubricate with a bit of silicone grease, so that after, when you install and glue the pin, you wouldn't have to worry at all about any glue dripping out of the tube and permanently gluing the retaining clip to the filter's plastic mount. TWO THUMBS UP !!! Actually I was looking for a video where it's explained how to correctly disassemble the lens, 'cause I need to remove some dust that gives me a headache every time I see the shots.

Excellent! Thanks for this. I just last week discovered my "Normal" filter to be broken the same as you showed, but I'm missing the lock pin & spring, so have to source replacements. I'll get on this tomorrow morning. Easy fix.
