Double Bass - Odd Time With Five Stroke

Developing timing by inserting a five stroke roll at the end of a 7/16 measure while keeping a 4/4 beat.
This one is very tricky, the back beats will fall on different 16ths, and the lead foot will swap on each 7/16 measure.
