Every time I see a Brinkley I’m impressed again. They just work so smartly. Even things like wall outlets are thoughtfully executed! White electrical outlets well placed on white or light colored walls for example. Sounds so simple. It’s not rocket science but rather just giving a damn and that matters. Thank you again, Brinkley and Josh!
All this 5th Wheel needs is a GREY TANK FLUSH SYSTEM! Food and soap shampoo residue builds up in the Grey tank. Why can’t we get a grey and black tank flush system????? This suggestion would be an industry first! Grey Tanks stink
I think if anyone is going to consider that it would be Brinkley, they are extremely progressive. You should leave this comment or suggestion directly on their page!
This model is my favorite. I would love for two options though. First, 12-16 gallon tanked LP+elec water heater. On-demand waste water when boondocking. Second, an office/desk option for the bunk house. Keep the cabinet but skip the bunks, have smaller outside storage (12 for the side and 14-18" deep for the floor level rear) with an L shaped desk about 24-28" deep.
Josh you were totally right. I used to think that buckskin upholstery was hideous until i saw it in person today at the Columbus RV show. I really like it now!!
Thank you for sharing this! I keep saying it. My camera just isn’t friendly to some of those color tones. When you see it in person, it’s a different experience.
Another home run by the design team. I’m impressed with the quality and vision on floor plans !! Great job with your videos, love how you cover every aspect no matter the brand ….
I have watched your informative videos for some time now on not only various rvs but also industry info. I have found them very helpful. My wife and I are looking at the Brinkleys and have narrowed it down to the z2900 and this z3010 due to the size and bathroom setup on these. I really like the idea of the bunk room for older family members to utilize when they come with us to family reunions but one thing that I wish the bunk room had was a way to watch the tv from the lower bunk. Even if it was as simple as a rail on the wall to hang the tv on for upper of lower viewing
I'm really impressed with the way that Brinkley has designed this one. Love the bathroom layout, feels really nice and open which is a rarity for a lot of these types of RVs that need to cram it next to the stairwell. The finishing touches are amazing, and I love how they've designed the AC and windows to maximize utility. I'm being really nitpicky here, but I would have liked to see a an island extension, maybe with some breakfast bar seating. I know you have the removable table but given the number of folks this one sleeps I can see you running out of seating space on a rainy day pretty easily. And can I just say I really, really like how they sort of hide away the windows with the dark parallelogram graphics on the sides of the RV? Makes it look different in an interesting and cool way. If they did a model like this without the permanent bunks but instead a dual function office/bonus room, that'd be amazing. It looks like the existing bunks aren't easily removable due to the rear storage area. Although I'd say the 3100 would probably suit my needs more, personally, this one is interesting in its own right!
Brinkley is such an aesthetically pleasing product to me. Always those extra thoughtful touches. Is this a floorplan that will be available without bunks eventually?
They're slowly rolling out more and more models. I don't know of plans for something like that currently but if they get enough requests.. possibly? The 3100 really isn't far off
What a beautiful 5th wheel‼️. This gives us another option when we replace our KZ Montigo Bay. I like the shelves instead of a hanging rod, only because we are Gramps and Grammy and when we do have guests what is there is sufficient.
Love this model, it is beautiful! Colors, fit & finish, very classy & stylish! We have been looking at the toyhauler model & thinking about turning the garage into a bedroom/bunkroom because we need a bunkhouse. I like the folding barn door on the bunkhouse. Drawers & clothing storage are OK, not ideal - should have a removable shelf/closet rod set-up but those wall to wall bunks are taking up way to much space! I understand you can sleep more kids with bigger bunks but what if the bunks could be reconfigured to be a single or double! Maybe put them against the wall & have a fold up Murphy Bed bunk system or a pull out frame underneath like a trundle bed. Also, we would take the top bunk out because we don't need it and it would be in the way. A more flexible bunk room space would be ideal. Everything else is great! Well thought out & looks really nice. We need the flip-up shower seat so would be adding that. The length on this RV is awesome. The weight is 1-ton dually necessary & should be advertised as such! Great job again Brinkley - you rock!!
This is the one. Absolutely perfect in every way for what we are looking for. The only thing is some slightly larger tanks would be great since we tend to boondock more often, but this is by far the number 1 trailer for our family.
Love the RV. I would like to see an integrated bunk ladder somewhere. Yes, I can add an aftermarket ladder but then have to store it somewhere and put it up and down
I would mount a ladder to the left of the drawers. Maybe even tucked away flush with the end of bed so that the drawers can still open. I’m not sure the expectation as is for kids getting to the top bunk. Without a ladder I can see my kids trying to use the drawers to step on
Josh, I know it's a little thing but did you notice the underbelly they fastened even the middle between the frame rails? Little details like that often get unnoticed gets me geeked a little. Think about the other improvements that you probably don't see. I agree on a couple other points you brought up. 1. I thought it before you even said it that the taillights are too low. Like the looks but too low. 2. I agree most outdoor kitchens suck in my opinion, at least how i like to cook anyway. I love my 30" Campchef griddle/grill/pizza oven combination set up for cooking. I usually have it near the table where I can often grab things off the griddle from the table. As far as a fridge I would rather have a small one in the campside basement as that is where our picnic table always is. That way we could access the fridge from the table. Keep up the good work!
Thanks Josh! If you were looking for a bunkhouse 5th wheel this looks like a solid option. And Thanks to Miss Nicole for coming in so that you could shoot this one.
What would be a really cool alternative to this floor plan would be to add a side patio where the bunks are and make the beds similar to what you find in a traditional fifth wheel (elevator beds that lift out of the way). Otherwise, I love this floor plan.
I wish there was a little more headroom in the bunks so you could sit up if you were a taller kid. Also I am not a fan of how you are supposed to get to the top bunk, I see the little step but then what? There's nothing to grab on to pull yourself up. We just looked at one of these at a dealer yesterday and it seems the bunk door has been changed to a french door vs the bifold door. I think the amount of seating is amazing! We struggle to find bunk houses were there's enough comfy seating. LOVE the separation between the bigger couch area and the single recliner. Its the best of both worlds. These are beautiful fifth wheels and I hope that Brinkley stays true to what they are saying. This one has moved to the top of our short list for sure! Thanks Josh for putting these videos out and thanks to Nicole also!
This thing is almost perfect. Make it 2 feet longer, turn the bunks, and add an outdoor kitchen. Then it would be 100% perfect family RV. I'd be signing up for the first one off the line.
My husband and I just purchased the Brinkley 3100 last night to use for our retirement years! We have been camping for 30+ years and have had 2 trailers, a fifth wheel (bunkhouse), 2 Class C motorhomes and a Super C (trading in) and this Brinkley fifth wheel is the most beautiful and best quality RV we have ever seen. We did a lot of research and the Brinkley was the obvious choice, we feel in love!
That is awesome! Congrats! Of my videos were helpful in that decision, then would you mind dropping me a note at g.page/r/CdPcitNVx2nDEAg/review for the helping hand??
When my husband was a teenager, he had a Christie Brinkley poster that had her signature on it. He thought her name was Christie "Bunkley" because of the way it was written. lol! I thought you'd appreciate that with the Bear on the Bunk!
Being a sentimental person and childhood Muppets fan, I named the bear Fozzie. It's a great unit. A cargo pocket for phones etc. would be useful, and it is easily removed if it's not needed.
I like it. She’ll miss the dining table. But, I get why. I’d like to see a 50 amp “smart plug” cord. I’d like to have slide toppers. Would there be a replacement option for the long sofa to a dining table? Propane tanks?

As Brinkley mentioned, it does include a table as displayed in the video. But currently there are not other seating options available. That slide is not quite large enough to accommodate a full dinette and sofa, so they came up with this solution.
I was never a fan of bunk houses until I saw the Z 3610, but that thing is sooooo big and heavy. Looking at this I thought it would be a more manageable alternative but it doesn't look like you can really convert that bunk room into an office. Love IT!!! However $107,000 for this size unit is crazy. I'Ve been looking at the Cedar Creek 3525LF but prefer this one more just not at the samee price or even more. What could you realistically expect to get this one below MSRP? And Josh you are the best my son and I love your videos!
How about a 4 burner stove top instead of three. It looks like the model only had 3 burners. It’s harder to cook multiple pots at the same time with a 3 burner stove. Thanks
Saw this on the prior video and both my wife and I thought the same...do you really want hot air coming from the toilet? I also don't love the light fixtures over the "nightstands". I foresee a lot of broken light fixtures in Brinkley's future.
My hard dislike is the location of the auto level control it needs to be moved to the side of the trailer closer to the pin box to make coupling and uncoupling easier instead of bending in and reaching for the right spot on a touch pad
These floor plans i hate with a passion putting the seats in front of the kitchen island and kitchen in general makes tv placement weird and im partial to projectors and it just doesnt work
Holey c+×÷p uncle Josh!!!! That rig is awesome!!!!! But how do I choose between Brinkley and Alliance? Also, that Brinkley 295 air is also fantastic. Thought we wanted to upgrade to 5th wheel, but that TT IS AWESOME!!!!! How do I decide? Wish you guys were out here in California, but I guess I could drive to Oregon or Idaho. Thanks for your hard work NERD!!! Looking forward to all future videos, keep up the good work!!
Still like what they are doing lots of creative layouts but would like the RV industry as a whole to put some color and warmth back into the market. Too much grey, black, dark brown and white.
The paper towel holder is in a contained drawer box and we have not had any issues with this. The nice thing is the paper towel holder can be removed and set just about anywhere!
Every time I see a Brinkley I’m impressed again. They just work so smartly. Even things like wall outlets are thoughtfully executed! White electrical outlets

All this 5th Wheel needs is a GREY TANK FLUSH SYSTEM! Food and soap shampoo residue builds up in the Grey tank. Why can’t we get a grey and black tank flush system????? This suggestion would be an industry first! Grey Tanks stink
Could not agree more. Never understood why they don’t have a flush for the grey tanks
I think if anyone is going to consider that it would be Brinkley, they are extremely progressive. You should leave this comment or suggestion directly on their page!
It's crazy how rare that is in the towable industry
The grey tank flush should have access to at least warm, if not hot water. Cold water isn’t very effective against food residue.
By the flush king and back flush your grey tanks
This is the best 5th wheel on the market!! Well done!!
I love this layout, but our kids would fight for that top bunk with the tv and the cubie like that
Solution: Buy two lol :)
This model is my favorite. I would love for two options though. First, 12-16 gallon tanked LP+elec water heater. On-demand waste water when boondocking. He’s definitely doing better. Getting barky and sassy again

Make those bunk beds an option. All 1/2 to outdoor storage and 1/2 inside storage.

👍🏻

Currently there is no other option than the super sofa. There is 2 - 30 lbs. LP tanks and room for two 40 lbs. LP tanks.
I--I'm old enough to know who Richard Simmons is. And Sir Mix-a-Lot. Anyways, I like Brinkley's stuff. I hope they come out with a model that's less than 30 feet and a non-island floor plan.

They sure have thought of a lot.
Thanks for the kind words! We will continue to expand our lineup!
Yeah they’re super dialed in
Love the Brinkley!
😊
Wish there was a table option with love seats instead of the super sofa. With bunks and kids it would be easier and more livable
There will be a removable table that attaches to the tri-fold sofa.
As Brinkley mentioned, it does include a table as displayed in the video. But currently there are not other seating options available. That slide is not quite large enough to accommodate a full dinette and sofa, so they came up with this solution.
I think the top bunk should flip away so you could turn the bottom into a day bed. So if kid(9-14) would like to sit and game or watch TV.
Would be awesome!
I was never a fan of bunk houses until I saw the Z 3610, but that thing is sooooo big and heavy. Looking at this I thought it would be a more manageable alternative but it doesn't look like you can really convert that bunk room into an office. Can that lower bunk be removed or is it part of the outside storage area?
I also love the north/south bed for many reasons not the least being the ability to "fold laundry aggressively " without worrying about slide issues. LOL
Thanks Josh for another great review, and thanks Miss Nicole for coming in on your day off. Make sure Josh buys you lunch.
The bunks could be removed as desired but there’s no factory allowance for it
Love this, especially for full-time living and staying someplace for long term. The pantry is not practical. There is nothing to keep items on the shelves during transit.
There is a lip on each of the pantry shelves.
An option for a huge U dinette instead of the sofa in the slide would be nice...also an optional upgrade to a tanked hot water heater.
TY Daniel!
I wish it had the ability to have a king bed. I might be able to get over the no washer dryer if that was an option
Flip up bar with 2 stools be awesome
I like that idea actually
Bunk room cabinets--- hanging rod and removable shelves.
Perfect TY for the feedback
Thank you
They have all these monster 5th wheels. When will they have something 30 foot or under?
They will for sure
Stay tuned!
A spice drawer is a great idea but not where rv manufacturers want to put it. Heat is destructive to spices
I love these now floorplans from Brinkley. Also, do you guys have any idea when Z Air 295s are going to hit dealerships?
We will be debuting this down in Tampa at the Super Show. These should start hitting dealers lots early Spring.
@@BrinkleyRV Sorry, I think you misunderstood me. I was asking about the Model Z Air 295 Travel Trailer
Also early spring on the 295 Z Air
Love , love this trailer. Would want gas/electric tank less water heater. Also, are there smaller models with this fantastic deck. Couple camper. With a convertible bed for guests. With Deb desk. We don't need an island in the kitchen . Love deductible and bathroom. Love decor and colors. There are so many great things in this RV.

Shelves for kids 100%

good video Josh

Hi Josh. I'd like to see you in a pair of Richard Simmons shorts.....🤣
Don’t threaten me with a good time
Would love to see if the bunk room could be converted to an office
It definitely could. Factory just doesn’t have a version for that
make the bunks removable to use that room as an office/dog room.
Lot of folks have that request. TY for sharing
Third bunk option would be amazing and not are to do!
👍🏻

Saw this on the prior video and both my wife and I thought the same...do you really want hot air coming from the toilet? I also don't love the light fixtures over the "nightstands". I foresee a lot of broken light fixtures in Brinkley's future.
Every kid or bunk oriented tv needs hanging clothes storage for the kids.
I’ve seen this already and I love it!!!😊
:)
@@JoshtheRVNerd Anything Brinkley puts out is awesome!
My hard dislike is the location of the auto level control it needs to be moved to the side of the trailer closer to the pin box to make coupling and uncoupling easier instead of bending in and reaching for the right spot on a touch pad
You are able to connect your phone and use it to level the unit!
Appreciate you sharing
Thanks Nicole, for babysitting my brother!!!🤣lol
lol :)
Needs a Bunk Delete, Insert Office/Ham Shack/Hobby bench room modification. :-)
Could be next level..
No carpet👍
Dad throne on the couch👍
Wavy mirror over sofa👎 Don't be cheap💲
Any idea when we could place an order for this?
You are able to place a pre-order with your local Brinkley RV dealer now.
Thank you! Any idea on the estimated delivery time frame? Only asking because we're in the market as we speak.@@BrinkleyRV
Right now! drop our team a note at www.bishs.com/contact-us
I prefer that couch with a lagoon table. Love that! Kids have a place and couples can cuddle. Well done!!! Dinettes are overplayed.
Love the colors!!!
I can use the fridge in transit!!!
I have OCD and wish the couches were the same color. Lol
That bunk house door is fine and looks stylish.
I wish we could lock the door open, so kids don’t bump into it and mess it up.
Is the cabinet under the kitchen sink big enough for a dishwasher?
We do not have dishwasher prep at this time. This may be able to be done aftermarket.
It is not prepped for a dishwasher.
These floor plans i hate with a passion putting the seats in front of the kitchen island and kitchen in general makes tv placement weird and im partial to projectors and it just doesnt work
Having set in this one I can say you can clearly see the TV from any sofa seat but not all I've seen are executed that way
Sofas need to match. Looks like a 2nd hand love seat with a new sofe
Love the look of different materials, its trendy I know
Yeah, it’s been something some people liking something some people don’t
@@dank8017 I have 2 diff materials in my and boat but they are size relative. If the love is lower and smaller than same materials I feel.
Well.. the z3110 is basically the z air 295 in a fifth wheel..
I dislike the hybrid sofa. Eliminate the divider completely
Roger
I realize it is a smaller 5th wheel but it seems kinda cramped to me.
Isn't it a flush floor slide? Not floor flush 🚽😂
Floor flush slides are almost never TRULY floor flush is what's funny
Disc brakes and dishwasher?
Neither available on the Model Z series currently as it turns out
Forgot to add...of COURSE I know who Richard Simmons is! 🤣
lol
Don’t see a washer dryer prep
No washer/dryer prep in this floorplan due to size and layout.
Try this one m.ruclips.net/video/2ir10ZnGH40/видео.html
Still like what they are doing lots of creative layouts but would like the RV industry as a whole to put some color and warmth back into the market. Too much grey, black, dark brown and white.
Hrmmm...paper towel holder combined with trash? Wouldn't the paper towels absorb any moisture and smells from the trash bin??
The paper towel holder is in a contained drawer box and we have not had any issues with this. The nice thing is the paper towel holder can be removed and set just about anywhere!
O separation between living and kitchen. 👎🏼
I dont think I like the cargo net idea
Shut up and take my money!
*sees price tag*
I do not have that many money
Hahahha
#NerdHerd 🎉 😊 🎉
I know who Richard Simmons is unfortunately.
Once you know who he is, you cannot unknow him.😂
HAHAHAH
RV is cramped feeling with no entertainment area. More like a place to sleep like a hotel.
Too much old cold jokes. Talk less trash and give more info please.
Queen is disappointing
