It’s annoying that I can’t find info online about how to clean pressure activated solenoids. Only electronic ones. How would an early pressure activated solenoid be cleaned?
Two questions. Are the white,green,red lines there by change or I found a secret clue :D And second one - if I have to clean the solenoid in ultrasonic bath, what solution you would recommend ? Thanks.
Hey! Nice video Can you please mention the names and photos of the cleaning products that you used? And I wanted to ask you something? I have see videos where people are opening up/disassembling the solenoids in order to effectively clean them, I see that you have not disassembled anything. Do you think this does the job right? Secondly, could you please take a look at Toyota A442F transmission and tell what kind of solenoid are those, and the best way to clean them so that they work perfectly ( there are only four in this particular transmission) I am asking this because effectively cleaning each solenoid requires a different method, if you look at A442F and let me know I'd really appreciate it,. Thanks a lot
Im unsure about Carbon cleaner because im not familiar with the product But do not use injector cleaner. Maf and Injector Cleaner are not similar in their formula at all other than they are both aerosolized

Yeah and just make sure it’s cycling/actuating when 12v is applied
