Mike T agreed. Don’t drink too often, moisturize, stay out of the sun, work out or do yoga regularly, take a nap everyday, and be kind to yourself and others. You’ll stay looking good for awhile longer, and your energy level will be high.
If you observe his body language (constant fidgeting, eyes darting across the audience, trying to keep his hands busy either clasping a mug or straightening his jacket), and compare that to his level voice and deadpan humour, you realise that this is actually a rather nervous man who does not at all feel at home in front of a large audience, but who is nevertheless trying very hard to play cool. To me it's very endearing to see that a man who played such strong, resolute, iconic characters, is a man after all.

I admire Harrison Ford immensely. His movies are always worth seeing and his marriage is one of the stable and genuine love stories in present Hollywood. A class act!
I think Ford is that classic, awkward, introverted personality that got into acting for various reasons. I haven't seen a lot of his interviews, but usually he is very quiet and uncomfortable. Obviously doing the things because the studios mandate them.

Thought you were supposed to say that's a grocery delivery boy. That's important what he says, not supposed to look like a star, but become one with the role, be the one you are interpreting.
I love watching movies with Harrison Ford acting in them. I have seen more movies with him in them than probably any other lead actor (including actresses). It's not because I have a thing for him because I don't. And I don't think I remember him as any one character the most. He seems to defy being typecast as just Han or just Indiana. The other actor I have seen in a lot of movies is Arnie. But Arnold Schwarzenegger to me is always going to be remembered as The Terminator above all his other roles.
Around 3:58 call him an asshole, but he was right about seeing him as a grocery delivery boy. Your supposed to believe they are the the role they’re playing even if it’s a small part.
I don’t know about anyone else but as a young boy growing up in the 80s and seeing Indiana Jones for the first time, you as kid had dreams of having adventures with the best maverick in film history. Ford is and will go down as the best hero and positive message for any young growing kid to look up to. Then I see Deckard when I was 7 and ohhh man….
