Completely agree about inversion table. Between 30 - 35 my back was really messed up. Could barely walk, took me 10min to put on shoes. Couldn't bend over to even touch my knees. Get in and out of the car was a challenge. Spent thousands for chiropractor, was better, not great. He mentioned to me to check out this table, bought it for $160 on Craigslist used once, basically brand new. In last 8 years I've seen my chiropractor twice. It helped me tremendously. I would honestly recommend it to anyone who's got back issues ...
I have said this before but you and Luke have some kind of "chemistry" that really works and goes beyond body building. Both of you play off each other and the result is one of the most enjoyable podcasts I listen too!! This is coming from a woman who does NOT body build whatsoever but LOVES to listen to whatever you guys talk about. Funny is an understatement and it's completely natural. Your rapport with each other is beyond comedic!! Have you ever thought about negotiating with Sirius radio about doing a podcast?? I would definitely pay to hear your guys and would love to support anyway I can. Keep it up!!
Great episode. Luke totally right regards needing rest after intense leg workouts, and needing splits (Fouad you should be riled up about people suggesting training the same body part everyday). If you have trained intensely you should be exhausted the next day. You enter a state of physiological shock during/after an intense leg workout (you have significantly damaged your body in brief period). Hence the massive headache in the back of your skull and feeling like/or actual vomiting, and need to rest and recover. Your body is looking to do away with un-needed processes when in a shock type physiological response (e.g., spending resources on digestion, hence vomit). The ex-physiology studies do not recruit samples that are prepared to push to the absolute limits/pain in workouts that a driven/obsessed bodybuilder will. As mentioned the proof is in the pudding. Again great episode guys.

There was a guy on his memeber site asking about Luke and fouads opinion on bro splits, I replied (after taking a hard look at myself) they right, been at the ppl for a year now and I do have gaps, my arms and shoulders, then my legs (they’re not proportional to my upper body, so I’ll be adding a touch more volume to legs since that’s what seemed to get me growth when I was natty, and I gave arms and shoulder they’re own days to bring them up and to give back and legs more of a gap between training them since I think my lower back was taking to much of a beating . Just my two cents tho
The best part about this Podcast is it's funny and I learned something every time. I have to change my split. I've been doing push pull legs. What Luke said really hit close to home, I told somebody the other day I haven't trained my biceps directly in 5 months and I'm starting to notice the results🤦♂️.

To answer Fouad question about absorption theory of liquid vs. Pills.... they say by volume you get a more well blended mixture of the medication that’s suspended in the oil when you take a large liquid dose vs. A capsule as the medication volume per capsule can fluctuate during manufacturing. You can shake a bottle of liquid and equally distribute the desired medication through out the liquid just before you measure the dose. Hope that made sense lol

I've trained with many different women. It comes down to hear. Some it was great because they were driven and some you could tell were just waiting to go home. The same however applies to meet.

I’m kinda confused, I know the importance of rest days, however my nutrition and sleep is on point, every gym session I hit failure on roughly 80% of my sets and I only take a rest day if my body is telling me too, I usually feel great training every day
I think it would be a cool idea to get nick trigili on one of your podcasts. Because you seem to like him as a person and as you stated at least a lot of what he says is the truth compared to tiny huge but also later on said you don't know him too well and haven't seen a lot of videos. Just purely based that you said you wish you got to know rich piana properly etc, that would be the perfect opportunity to ask some of your questions and to find out a bit more about him, I talk to him fairly regularly and he's always nice to me and gives me the time of day even though I'm not a client, definitely should look into it!
