I definitely get more relaxed as the workout goes on. Before the first set i'm usually a little wound up, just because I feel I need to focus maybe? Can't explain it.

Much respect to all of you. Going to your topic about people now having access and knowing what pros do is actually really helpful, I know you will get a lot of gear questions but again not everyone carries out their own due diligence the way they should and just read the forums which is the worst thing to do, so I think having people like you talk about what goes on and better ways to approach is really helping those people. I'm someone that really researched back to front so hearing you say stuff I know for me sets my mind at rest because I know I've researched right or as right as you can be as it's all an experiment right? Thanks for the videos man, I've not watched anyone as religiously since Dallas passed away. I would of loved to of seen him on your podcast, it would of been really amazing so thanks for just being yourself man. You are a credit to your fans and family and I'm excited for the supplements to launch!
@@FouadAbiad I just don't know anyone of his caliber that stayed so humble. You don't see many people his age look like that and mentally be the way he was. How do you think he would of done last Olympia in terms of where he placed? If we assume he would be progressing how he was when he was alive do you think he could of been top 3? I imagine it was quite a shock when he started really growing because for ages he wasn't a known bodybuilder and suddenly it was like out of no where he exploded and within a couple years was standing next to Cedric.... Quite inspirational. Keep up the videos man! It would be awesome to see a vlog when you meet with Luke and the shed at the Arnold!
@@FouadAbiad I 100% agree, I think it's a shame the shit going towards Matt recently and folk are still harping on about what he may or may not have done. I actually just want to hear really nice personal memories people had with him....
@@projectjakezilla6317 I agree, Dallas made his own personal choices and his passing isn't anyones fault, people just need someone to blame to make themselves feel better.
There’s definitely emotion behind Eddie Hall’s deadlift. He talked about how he imagined his family was trapped under a car and had the belief of pulling the world record deadlift would save them
Im back doing cardio so I actually listen to all the podcast you mentioned. I really do enjoy them all but honestly this is my favorite. I literally catch myself laughing out loud doing cardio then I get people looking at me like WTF is wrong with this weirdo laughing while doing StairMill. I really appreciate what you guys are doing!!!!
Watching this back a year later! Eddie Hall would definitely be a great guest to have on. To answer Fouad's question - Eddie did have a lot of pent up anger and took himself to a dark place for his big lifts. He explained a lot of it on other podcasts. RIP Luke the legend
I’m curious about you and Luke’s opinion of Lou Ferrigno, he is the one who inspired me to really start pushing the weights. Haven’t heard him brought up before just curious. I really appreciate what you guys are doing with your honesty.
This is great. Guys crack me up. We r so lucky to just sit here n listen to you guys! Luke hilarious! Fouad u r def positive for sport!! Thanks so Much. Brian from Boston 💪
Working back through these. Picking up on the Rona talking points that were all in the news at the time that ended up being a wet fart is both hilarious and a sad omen of why was to come.
Excellent guys! ❤ Have to notice every single week 14 people give it the thumbs down, 15 this week🤦♂️ you would think those 14 people would just stop watching🤔
I don't know Hoss. Arnold's twisting 3/4 shot it's pretty much Perfection shoulders blend very symmetrically with the arms and back! He had genetically sloped shoulders but the delts we're very nice and balanced with the arms and my opinion. Haney had some great pecs but he was a torso guy with smaller arms. Luke should change his backdrop to chocolate starfish!🤣🤣
Loving the podcasts guys! You’re killing it. Quick question Fouad, what dose of proscar were you using? I’m going to start using as well but have no idea where to start in terms of dosing
Eddie Hall in a recent video on his channel about his 500kg deadlift mentioned how he had to think of things that no person would ever want to, things that he himself found revolting in order to create that rage to allow him to deadlift it.
I meant to ask when you posted on IG, how do you feel about Walden Farms dressings and sauces. Strawberries with a few tablespoons of their chocolate sauce is my low cal “meal” of choice right now, and I’m wondering if the calories are really as low as they claim. I know anything under 5g they can round down to zero, so I’m curious about your take on the company, and if you’d ever use their products yourself. Love your content, man. Keep it coming! It’s what I watch to get through cardio lol.
It's getting to the point where I get excited waiting for the new release of B&B's! I can't believe how philosophical Luke is 🤔,P.S Luke keep the bricks background lol 🤣
God Damn Luke was just massive lol 😎 I'm 29 and I've learned to be calm between sets and when it's time to turn the switch on, I just turn it on. I became aware of the idea that you don't have to be intense all throughout the session. Must have been only in the last couple years.
As you were talking about people who have great torsos and average extremities and vice versa the first thought that came to my mind was Branch Warren who was just thick all over. I wondered as I watched his videos If part of the reason he still has a thick chest with big extremities is that he only does the lower half of all of his chest exercise thus taking his triceps out of the exercise. I wonder if that has anything to do with it.
As to Eddie Hall getting emotional before a lift: I saw an interview where he described a therapy he underwent to trigger an adrenaline dump in order to recruit the maximum number of muscle fibers for the lift. He did not say what the actual image was that he summoned to create this reaction because it was very personal, but that may explain the face. He alluded to the feats of strength mothers are supposed to perform when their children are in danger. It's on youtube somewhere.
No I apologize this last month we only got two in. I am going to push a little harder to make sure we do them every week again. Sorry dude, there is just a lot going on for both of us.
