One thing Vipers do very well is they command attention. You definitely notice them, even compared to many cars from exotic brands. That can be a positive or a negative, but they make you turn your head when you see one.

Not to scare anyone, but I own a 2008 Viper SRT-10 Vert. Just a tick over 60k miles and I spun a rod bearing and needing a complete rebuilt. 15:20 Car is 100% stock. I really enjoyed your video but heard mentioned of reliability and wanted to bring my situation to light on reliability.

Bought my 2010 New Years Day 2020 drove it the 11 hours home from Nashville to MD in a monsoon of rain. Love the car and very happy I was able to purchase before that Covid bump happened.

When I had a Mustang I changed my pony logo to one that illuminates under breaking to make it more like the Viper. I thought it was the coolest car ever as a kid and still do.

Fun fact 2007 Vipers were never produced.
2006 had 505HP and 2008 had 600HP

The Corvette is drab by comparison. However, Corvettes are definitely more liveable for the geriatric.
The 2008+ Viper is extremely cheap to maintain... also one of the most reliable high-performance cars you can track.

Lol I'd rather have a ZR1 or Z06 too but your comment is kinda ret*rded. They're definitely not a joke, they were made to kick a*s and they did that very well. "Undrivable" is just a label inexperienced drivers use to describe cars that are beyond their skill level to handle. Also a ZR1 is arguably more of a handful than a Viper. As far as being expensive to maintain, I can't think of any car on the planet that makes a more reliable 600 HP. Stupid comment

I agree, newer vettes are more seniors driven cars. I have an 09 ACR with the acr-x ecu. The older vett dont have a clue
