Rob - of all your many remarkable and outstanding videos this one is hands-down my favorite. The cinematography is superb! And the background music is lovely - perfect compliment to the majesty of the landscapes you captured. Not a single spoken word. I’ve been playing it repeatedly for the music to calm a now five-week old litter of puppies. And because I find the entire production so enjoyable. A masterpiece. Thank you.

Amazing year you've had. I am very ill awaiting a Kidney transplant yet in the same breath I am researching and planning my build for post transplant. Your Best of 2023 has uplifted my spirits this morning to continue my planning for post transplant LIVING. I want to get out and see all the beauty his country has, leaving to Overland with no deadline to return. I watch these videos and add to my MUST GO travel destinations. So you finally went to a Jeep I saw in a recent video of yours snowheeling you have a Jeep!!!!! Thanks for the continued inspiration. If ya see an Overland HELLA YELLA rig on the trails maybe in late 2024 it may be me. Not many Hella Yella Rubicons out Overlanding. Cheers to a great 2024! ❤️✌️

@@RevereOverland dude, you are an absolute inspiration. I always look for stuff I can do and make better, which I may already have a plan. I may go ATV camping when I find a place, but I live in the north east, so not much overlanding here. I'm going to be honest, I almost never watch videos in fullscreen, but this video is so good, it feels like a cinema. And right when I told myself "feels like a cinema," a light bulb appeared and now i know exactly what to do. My videos aren't entertaining. I have to make it *feel like a cinema.*

Thanks for this one! Thanks for going there, so "we" (aka, the crowd) may do not have to (and overcrowd, pollute, litter and destroy at worst). Where the lands are vast and one is free to roam (no punt to other channels intended), one can detach from everday-grey and hopefully is able to marvel and contemplate all, that is there - from great landscapes to the smallest, tiniest things.... happy end-year passing to all, stay save and most of all: preserve nature and njoy it!

Well done video. One of my gripes about many of the OL videos is far too much talking, focus on rigs/cooking etc. and not enough view of environs. This is good … maybe a quarterly/semi-annual compilation like this would work mixed in with the rest of your output. You’re in the top ten that I have viewed. Good job.

Hey Rob! I just spent Christmas break home sick and binged watched a bunch of your videos. I love watching them! Question about Starlink in the truck. How does it work in conjunction with Apple CarPlay? Doing a Tundra build later this year (yes you’ve inspired me!) and trying to figure it out. Thanks!
I have to use wired CarPlay if I want to connect my phone to the Starlink network! Hopefully you're better now!

Ok that makes perfect sense. I was overthinking it, wondering if there was a way to feed the trucks’ WiFi from the Starlink but the phone still won’t allow a WiFi connection while in wireless CarPlay mode.. Where did you hide the router? Also wondering if I can spray paint the dishy black to match the truck. Food for thought, or maybe Starlink Support, lol!

Have you found the Tundra to be limiting to you in any way due to size? I am thinking about building out a truck + slide in for 2024 mid year and cant decide between a small or mid size truck
Not limiting, but it's definitely easier in a mid size. I did a video a couple of months back about having a full size that you should check out!
Didn’t see any Northern CA or Oregon, they have it all mountains and ocean.
We did a bunch of stuff in California and Oregon in 2022, but we’ll definitely be doing more in the future!
It's your secret sauce perhaps but you gotta do a video of how you control the drone so well while driving. Is it your wife controlling the drone this whole time??
She drives while I fly! I did a video a couple of years ago that completely flopped. I might do an updated one, but release only via Patreon and maybe social media.
