Biffa has changed my perception of gaming forever!! I first played this game on xbox one and it was amazing however, very restricted! Since the first Lockdown in March I have been binge watching Biffa videos and realised the full potential of this game on PC using Mods and Assets! So after alot of consideration I decided to buy a £2500 PC!! Loving your videos Biffa!!
i did a marathon over the past couple days and watched Teaport grow from the start. Love how you built this city and can't wait for new updates! Also... The area with the big Football stadium isn't named yet and it has to be something with Partea, right? =)

Strange though I installed Oxygen Not Include again, just a few days before you announced that series, and it wasn't because of the new DLC either, I just felt like playing it...
In Tea Port, you joined your outside train line to your passenger line to bring outside passengers into your multi-line end station. Wouldn't it be better to un-join one track from the others and use that for outside trains?
Did you fix the trees in the Teavoli Strawberry Experience? People are walking through them, as we have seen during the park tour^^ All over the town are trees, that are in the way^^

You should redo the bus lines in that zone (17:14), it is a mess. P.d: if I remember correctly the purple line wasn't going to the train because the green-yellow one does and in the ferry hub the people can change from one to another,so now you have 2 lines doing the same
Yeah, I get so frustrated seeing those bus lines! And he decides to create a new one for strange reasons. Like, he didn't need one specifically for that small School of Science. And if he really did he should've at least designated the school buses to it! Instead of doing what he is now, he should make a new one every time he makes a new neighbourhood, connecting to a train or bus station without the line cris-crossing itself multiple times. His whole public transport system needs a revamp!
11:15 how about a pedestrian path & bridge from the upper left corner of the new office park to the bottom left corner of the University enclave? That would create a nice direct & short path to walk to/from the main station from/to the office park. i.e. might reduce car traffic.
So I found a "Four Seasons Total Landscaping" asset in the workshop today. It's an absolute gem for a number of reasons. If you could please either discreetly place this somewhere in your city for me, or since you're British and not American, make it a centerpiece in some glorious park... I would totally love you for it.
It's been 4 years and this is first time I hear that taxes influence need for particular type of areas. I could stimulate amount of people the whole time.
My favorite theme for low residential housing is European Suburbia. I like to name my districts "Little ........." And I pick names of cities in Europe that is not as significant, like Little Vienna or Little Dresden. But not famous cities like London or Paris. I like rows upon rows upon rows of houses with hedges, it's makes it stand out from Manhattan style sections.
Biffa, what i noticed is, that the "Sharp Textures Mod" makes the Game jumpy if you have a big city.. Maybe try and unsub from it, to test that theory on your system.
2:25 It's a bit confusing, but I believe that the "specialized industry" that the "School of Science" boosts is the vanilla specialized industry, not the "Industries" DLC industry. I'd prefer it affect both, but CO generally does not like to have different DLCs interacting with one another.
Hi Biffa, I don't think you've fixed it already and it has been said by other viewers before. The reason your hospital isn't picking up any citizens is because the protected bike lanes are blocking any possibility to go in or out of the hospital! I like all your video's! :)
you could create a tourist town erea like Las Vegas to put down hotels, casinos, cinemas, restaurants and also all the stuff you cant normally use in your city like the sphinx, the eiffel tower, the brandenburg gate etc.
What DLCs do you have? I bought the $40 dollar version (Deluxe Edition?). A lot of different things are different though, and I don't think it's just the mods. Anyways, love your videos. They have helped me with my city a lot. Have a great day. :)

Biffa how do you not have any noise pollution, ground pollution and 'not enough workers' in your city!? In my city it's like a COVID-19 pandemic reached it, even though I literally have a health clinic on every road corner!
The Teaple have no fear. Will fill vault with tea. They could use a 'emergency-use' only train station near the new area. That way when the emergency happens, they can stop right at the vault.

The Svalbard Global Seed Vault is on a Norwegian island way north of Norway. Its location is supposed to keep it cold and dry (above sea level) but global warming is making the permafrost melt and it's now in danger of flooding :(

When I noticed how high the science building was I was reminded of Portland, Biffs should do a cable car across the gap and above the roadways instead.
I have found a bit of a conundrum. When I watch your videos, I get the urge to play the game. So I start it up and start playing. But then I'm not really watching your videos, just listening to you talk. But as soon as your video's over, I get weary of playing the game.

Download a Steam/Paddle boat asset and put a ferry route around the amusement park called The Serendip'o'tea River Cruise.

Any places known to be "noisy" I like to use Offices or low commercial as buffer from the residents.
