    Don't know if you still answer comments after that amount of time, but I'm facing a problem when filling my bottle.
    Got a Ninja 4500 Ultralite LP preset on my bottle ; when filling it with compressor I don't have any issues but when it's time to use my scuba tank with a Balystik Fill Station on it.. there starts the problem. I filled it slowly, closed the scuba tank, and opened the bleed valve of the fill station and all the air inside my bottle has started to go away. I had to empty the bottle using that bleed valve to disconnect it. What could be the reason to that ?
    If the problem occured every filling I could say my fill nipple is dead.. but it's only with my scuba tank.
    Thanks !

    Can you adjust the output pressure of these HPA tanks?

    • @spider0804
      @spider0804 2 года назад +2

      How it works is the HPA tank is charged to 3000-4500 psi, the tank has an outlet pressure of around 800 psi from a built in regulator that is non adjustable.
      Another regulator screws into the top of the tank and you adjust the pressure down to whatever you need if you are playing something like paintball or airsoft.
      This pressure is usually from 80 to 200 psi.
      Some people use a tank type called SLP (Super Low Pressure), which has an internal tank pressure that is much lower, these can be cheaper but give you fewer shots per charge for a given tank size.
      These special SLP tanks also need another regulator, generally you can use an HP regulator with a SLP tank but not the other way around.
      PCP guns (Air rifles) use super high pressure so they tend to use unregulated tanks charged to whatever pressure the rifle calls for.

    You could put a water bucket near to immerse the tank in as it's being filled to hold the temperature down

    Do you need to separate the gun regulator from the tank regulator before filling? Is this normal or can you simply fill with the gun regulator attached?

    • @ryanfitz2214
      @ryanfitz2214 Год назад

      You can fill it with it still attached to the gun. If any issues don’t be afraid to ask a ref to help you at the field you’re playing at.

    Can I buy a regular compressor from wal mart and attachments to fill up my compressed air tank or is it some type of air? Lookin for somethin portable to fill my tank out in the woodsball.

    • @drakesniper2953
      @drakesniper2953 Год назад +1

      You need a HPA compressor, a normal air compressor runs up to about 300 or so psi max and they tend to only output about 80 something psi. Better off to just buy a specific compressor

      @@Michael12689 People generally do not go right to the line because the burst discs are going to pop at a little above that.
      The burst discs are there to make sure they pop before your tank pops from too high of a pressure.
      2900 for 3k, 4300-4400 for 4.5k
      If your gauge is a little off this could save you a headache too.

      @@spider0804 3k psi or 4.5k psi believe it or not ,are the safest rated psi to fill tank, but they can actually fill up a lot more than that. for a 3k psi tank it would take around 5k psi to pop the burst disk. So a little over the 3k line wouldnt really hurt. And no need to fill less than 3k or 4.5k psi really.
