And she's loudly exclaiming it on an airplane.....disgusting. Why would you be yelling about it on an airplane? She's the same kind of woman who coughs all over produce at the grocery store with no mask on.
To be fair, it’s pretty hard to get from an airplane seat. They typically don’t like coming off your head but hair shed would be the biggest risk to the next person sitting there. More than likely there are only eggs in the shed and they will die quickly. So the risk is fairly low but not zero. My kids got it from a parent allowing kids to share towels at a pool party and most everything I read said unless you’re sharing bedding/ unwashed clothing , towels or brushes the risk is incredibly low. Most sites recommend only washing things your hair has touched for extended periods (like pillow cases, and that vacuuming couches, floors , etc aren’t incredibly necessary unless you’re shedding tons of hair in a certain spot because lice need food and large need a specific temperature) I know this is long but a lot of people think you can get it so easily and it’s actually not easy unless you have your head on someone’s head or are sharing hair things.
You could not have beaten that information out of me. Ma’am, not everything should be shared online.
She could always call the airlines and they can spray the plane down. Better than saying "Whoever sits in that seat oh well"
OMG. How can she say she didn’t know? She just admitted it on video. How socially irresponsible and self centered.

That’s disgusting. Shame on her.

You’re right.. lice don’t fly or hop so very unlikely to get it on the plane.
