Thank you for this content. I just bought a used AV 750. The "!" Dlashed and the red CLEAN Light are on. I've done everything but completely open the unit. I've noticed that the unit will not turn on unless it is on the charging dock. Once I remove it, I loss power. Does this sound like a battery issue? I've ordered a new battery and it should be in soon. I also ordered a new power cable as I'm not sure if the one that came with the docking station is the orginal. Any advise or help would be appreciated. Thanks

Also replaced filters and cleaned with rubbing alcohol.

What color should the light be, located on the docking station's right side, if the vacuum is charging correctly? Blue or Green? TIA!

I have an issue with my 1000 series robot not powering on. I have tried and checked everything, check power switches, clean contacts, replaced the battery, still will not power on. There is a red battery icon that appears on the vac for a few seconds, but that is it. The blue charging light on the dock stays solid as soon as I seat it and doesn't blink to show that it's charging. You mentioned a separate video about a possible motherboard issue, can you send me the link?

So I have a different color battery. I can't remember what yours is now but mine is green. Do you have green shark batteries? My guess is that's what it is since it's been sitting for 3 years but you never know.

Hi, your video was helpful. I have the 7 series shark robot. I have blue light on dock and steady red blinking battery light blinking on the robot. I have disconnected the battery and reconnect it. Once I done that and placed it back on dock the vacume turned on but back to same with lights. I am not getting blue light to show its charging.
