Hi Mako... Thank you for your video. I have always wanted to change my life but would give up midway and go back to my old self because I found it so hard. I realized from your video that the reason for me to give up so easily is my perfectionism. I have the thinking that if I make a mistake or things don't turn out the way I wanted, I have failed and that I am not good enough, so I will give up trying and live my old life that I am so familiar with. You have taught me that it is okay to be imperfect and to make mistakes cos that is part of my life changing process. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and I enjoyed your video very much. Keep producing such high quality and inspiring content. Looking forward to watch more of such videos from you.

I loved this video and you gave such great advice. I am working on such kind of journey for a long time but someday noticed that I was blocking myself so bad. So then I focused on dissolving them so that I can keep on going and it was such a gamechanger. But the key point really is just trying. Trying and believing.
