Monday, April 29, 2024 ☁⛅☁ Here in Bloomington, Indiana, 🌽 many gardeners 👨🌾🧑🌾 are planting their spring gardens. 🌾🍆🥕🫑🍓🫐🍅 There are 2 parks with community gardens. 🌾🌷🌷🌱 The one vegetable that all the gardeners 👨🌾🧑🌾 rave about is ... home grown tomatoes! 🌱🍅🍅🍅 They taste rich and vibrant! Home grown tomatoes are so much better than tomatoes from a grocery store, which taste so bland. 😕 Cantaloupes are also popular, during the summer months. 🌱 🍈 There is even a documentary called Supermarket Secrets. The documentary team went to supermarkets in America and England. Their tomatoes all tasted so bland. 🍅🍅😕 Then the went to a supermarket in Spain. They discovered tomatoes with odd shapes, and ... they tasted so vibrant and delicious! 🍅🍅🥰😋🍅🍅 Today is Monday. I wish you a happy, light and breezy, and productive week, Mako! 😀👨🌾🧑🌾 .
All those foods look so delicious! I want them all, especially Tempura which I would eat every day if I could. And don't say you look tired, you look great all the time 💚
Mako 😃 thank you for sharing your beautiful culture with us. Those dishes looked so yummy. Please continue to share recipes in your channel. I want to introduce more healthy meals into our cooking 🙋🏻♀️ 💓
I am having the worst day! Thank you for this video I clicked as soon as I saw 😌☺️ I’m so happy I found your channel a month or so ago!! Happy to see you reach your goals
Chirashi-sushi looks yummy. I like these cook-fast taste-good food ideas. Thanks for "morning advice". I think it works the same with me - good start = good day. Please don't forget to take good care of yourself.
That tempura looks so delicious! It also looked pretty simple to make, I might have to give that a go one day 😊 You've inspired me to make matcha smoothies and I've been enjoying them for the last several days! It's so delicious after a workout 💪🏻💚
😊Really want to try the Takikomi Gohan. Measurements would be EXTREMELY helpful for us USA folk who want to learn but aren’t familiar with amounts needed of Japanese food. (i.e. what type of rice is this, how much water used in the pan, how many ounces/cups/ml of mushroom, how many slices of bacon (is it thick cut)?). Little details do do matter. Thanks much….
Hi there, could you make a grocery/pantry tour. Like what do you have at home, what is standard in your shopping cart so that you can cook or make drinks ?! :3
A Bunch of thank you for your video:). I liked all the dishes there and it looked yummy😋. I was relaxing watching this video. One of the favorite is the green smoothie from your dishes. I had already completed my breakfast, but your cooking stimulated me to eat again.
Thank you for the easy recipes. I'm sure they will come in handy for me when I move in with my partner soon 😂 I also enjoyed hearing your thoughts and feelings between the different recipe clips. Btw I like your fashion style (outfit and jewelry). Wouldn't mind a closet tour or OOTD video someday!
@@therealsubaekhyang right, I believe it was rice flour, but I just wanted to verify it with her. Panko is not flour, it’s a specific type of bread crumbs.
what’s one food that reminds you of spring? 🌷
Actually ramen, since I always eat that on summer at the city centre :D
Good weather and nice food is always a win :)

I used 2 cups of white rice (180cc x 2) and 350cc water :) I freestyled bacon and mushrooms!
Second time making the takikomi gohan, will pan fry the bacon & mushrooms for extra flavor! Great dish :)
amazing! I will pan fry them next time, that sounds like a great idea!

Nice video ✨ is the flour you’re using for your tempura rice flour?
I think its panko (something with p) special kinda batter mix for tempura that is usually used
But she might have used rice flour
@@therealsubaekhyang right, I believe it was rice flour, but I just wanted to verify it with her. Panko is not flour, it’s a specific type of bread crumbs.
@@tquirkyt7118 yeah
I used a normal flour but if you have tempura flour, it would be easier :)
