    Can this treatment improves balance and finer muscle movement 5 yrs after stroke

    iv had thalamus haemorrhage , awful pain , left side is affected my arm especially and feel i will lose it altogether ,leg has terrible sensation and foot is numb , not sure if PSE can provide relief, thank god i can still think and talk
