So that i don't need to answer every single person in the comments asking for permission to use it (because I'm an absolute sloth), I'm going to say it in the description- You may use it, just give credits, and for Vladislav Zharkov too for the original version!
After listening to the Battlefield 2042 official theme, i thought of something- What if i combine my favourite parts of this iteration of the song with the Unofficial Theme by Vladislav Zharkov, mixed with the Battlefield 4 Warsaw Theme?

@@buddybenidi3864 No railguns, no prototype Titans, no walkers, no hovertanks, the closest we get is the Condor and that's just an Osprey with jet turbines. Oh and also, no immersion and grittiness that the Final Stand DLC and the rest of BF4 delivered. It's like 2042 was made by people that don't know BF4 exists

In alternative universe, this is an Official theme for Battlefield 2042, with classic 4 types of specialists, proper shooting, and overall good working mechanics without thousands bugs.
Only one thing I sad about is what we've got in our universe.

Honestly I like the 2042 theme a lot more as a supporting theme like it is here rather than a standalone one, I think you nailed your use of it here, this is great!
IDK why, but I see this as a theme for some kind of 'Battlefield 2030' type game. I know it makes no canonical sense for a game to be set there now, but I could imagine this being the theme if they did make it

@@Hiraeth-0X well I say that with the context in mind that war did not break out from 2020 all the way to 2042. There was no military conflict between the US and Russia at that point in the story of the game

Funfact in the new leaked footage of a loading Screen for Battlefield 2042 the Date when the conflict on the Map happenend was the year 2035 and Not 2042 so the Game could've been called Battlefield 2035 at that Stage of development
It is a pity that the 2042 soundtrack plays noticeably only at the beginning and at the end. But still epic

i've always felt that bf2042's theme could be great if it abandoned the, metallic screeching sound in favour of a more melodic sound at about the minute mark, or even use it as some sort of bass against a synth sound when it reaches the "chorus" part.

I think the problem of the 2042 theme is that it has no buildup and very light hype. I do think the soundtrack overall is quite atmospheric however, there is next to no tension and can be very bland in some parts. Part of this could be due to the composer entering a very different type of music from her norm of drama television and film like Chernobyl and Joker. Two soundtracks that are in stark contrast to the hyperactive theme songs of the battlefield franchise.
