I will be very disappointed if the main theme doesn’t sound at least a little bit like 1942. The more recent modern time Battlefield themes just didn’t feel as gritty as the original ones. BF1 and V pretty much nailed it.
whoa man.. 03:42 "..putting tension on.." it worked, i think i can never ever relax again... the voice-sample synced to the iconic break at 00:00:45 is damn fancy'n'fresh.. though battlefield has been officially completed to me with bf4 it feels good to see that there are still many, many players, admirers and creators out there still putting so much love, time and effort into their works around the franchise in spite of the giant and almost scandalous fuck-up with the 2042 release and their "corporate conduct" until present day. as it had no spectator-toolbox so the fan-productions and remixes of the soundtrack became a true goldmine.. yours is one of the top 3 - outstanding piece of work

Thanks! The lead instrument for that part is not a horn or any brass instrument. It's actually an "Erhu" it's a Chinese string instrument. 😁
